23You may presentתַּעֲשֶׂ֣הta.'a.SehH6213אֹת֔וֹ'o.ToH853as a freewill offeringנְדָבָה֙ne.da.VahH5071an oxוְשׁ֥וֹרve.ShorH7794or sheepוָשֶׂ֖הva.SehH7716that has a deformedשָׂר֣וּעַsa.Ru.a'H8311or stunted limbוְקָל֑וּטve.ka.LutH7038,but it is notלֹ֥אlo'H3808acceptableיֵרָצֶֽה׃ye.ra.TzehH7521in fulfillment of a vowוּלְנֵ֖דֶרu.le.Ne.derH5088.
24You are notלֹ֥אlo'H3808to presentתַקְרִ֖יבוּtak.Ri.vuH7126to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068an animal whose testicles arebruisedוּמָע֤וּךְu.ma.'UkhH4600,crushedוְכָתוּת֙ve.kha.TutH3807,tornוְנָת֣וּקve.na.TukH5423,or cutוְכָר֔וּתve.kha.RutH3772;you are not toלֹ֥אlo'H3808sacrifice themתַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ta.'a.SuH6213in your landוּֽבְאַרְצְכֶ֖םu.ve.'ar.tze.KhemH776.
25וּמִיַּ֣דu.mi.YadH3027Neither you norלֹ֥אlo'H3808a foreignerבֶּן־ נֵכָ֗רben- ne.KharH1121H5236shall presentתַקְרִ֛יבוּtak.Ri.vuH7126אֶת־'et-H853foodלֶ֥חֶםLe.chemH3899to your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430from anyמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605suchאֵ֑לֶּה'E.lehH428animal.They will notלֹ֥אlo'H3808be acceptedיֵרָצ֖וּye.ra.TzuH7521on your behalf,becauseכִּ֣יkiH3588they are deformedמָשְׁחָתָ֤םma.she.cha.TamH4893and flawedמ֣וּםmumH3971.’”
