8Whoמִֽי־mi-H4310has heardשָׁמַ֣עsha.Ma'H8085of such as thisכָּזֹ֗אתka.ZotH2063?Whoמִ֤יmiH4310has seenרָאָה֙ra.'AhH7200such thingsכָּאֵ֔לֶּהka.'E.lehH428?Can a countryאֶ֙רֶץ֙'e.retzH776be bornהֲי֤וּחַלha.Yu.chalH2342in aאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259dayבְּי֣וֹםbe.YomH3117orאִם־'im-H518a nationגּ֖וֹיGoyH1471be deliveredיִוָּ֥לֵֽדyi.Va.ledH3205in an instantפַּ֣עַם אֶחָ֑תPa.'am 'e.ChatH6471H259?Yetכִּֽי־ki-H3588as soon as Zionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726אֶת־'et-H853was in laborחָ֛לָה גַּם־Cha.lah gam-H2342H1571,she gave birth toיָלְדָ֥הYal.dahH3205her childrenבָּנֶֽיהָ׃ba.Nei.haH1121.
9Shall Iהַאֲנִ֥יha.'a.NiH589bring a baby to the point of birthאַשְׁבִּ֛יר'ash.BirH7665and notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808deliver itאוֹלִ֖יד'o.LidH3205?”saysיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068. “Orאִם־'im-H518will Iאֲנִ֧י'a.NiH589who deliverהַמּוֹלִ֛ידha.mo.LidH3205close the wombוְעָצַ֖רְתִּיve.'a.Tzar.tiH6113?”saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559your Godאֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃ ס'e.lo.Ha.yikhH430.
10Be gladשִׂמְח֧וּsim.ChuH8055forאֶת־'et-H854Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֛םye.ru.sha.LimH3389and rejoiceוְגִ֥ילוּve.Gi.luH1523over her,allכָּל־kol-H3605who love herאֹהֲבֶ֑יהָ'o.ha.Vei.haH157.Rejoice greatlyשִׂ֤ישׂוּ מָשׂ֔וֹשׂSi.su ma.SosH7797H4885with herאִתָּהּ֙'i.TahH854,allכָּל־kol-H3605who mournהַמִּֽתְאַבְּלִ֖יםha.mit.'a.be.LimH56over herעָלֶֽיהָ׃'a.Lei.haH5921,
11so thatלְמַ֤עַןle.Ma.'anH4616you may nurseתִּֽינְקוּ֙ti.ne.KuH3243and be satisfiedוּשְׂבַעְתֶּ֔םu.se.va'.TemH7646at her comfortingתַּנְחֻמֶ֑יהָ לְמַ֧עַןtan.chu.Mei.ha le.Ma.'anH8575H4616breastsמִשֹּׁ֖דmi.ShodH7699;you may drink deeplyתָּמֹ֛צּוּta.Mo.tzuH4711and delight yourselvesוְהִתְעַנַּגְתֶּ֖םve.hit.'a.nag.TemH6026in her gloriousכְּבוֹדָֽהּ׃ סke.vo.DahH3519abundanceמִזִּ֥יזmi.ZizH2123.
12Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588this is whatכֹ֣ה׀khohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֗ה הִנְנִ֣יYah.weh hi.NiH3068H2005saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “I will extendנֹטֶֽה־no.teh-H5186peaceשָׁל֜וֹםsha.LomH7965to herאֵ֠לֶיהָ'E.lei.haH413like a riverכְּנָהָ֨רke.na.HarH5104,and the wealthכְּב֥וֹדke.VodH3519of nationsגּוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471like a flowingשׁוֹטֵ֛ףsho.TefH7857streamוּכְנַ֧חַלu.khe.Na.chalH5158;you will nurseוִֽינַקְתֶּ֑םvi.nak.TemH3243and be carriedתִּנָּשֵׂ֔אוּti.na.Se.'uH5375onעַל־'al-H5921her armצַד֙tzadH6654,and bouncedתְּשָׁעֳשָֽׁעוּ׃te.sho.'o.Sha.'uH8173uponוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921herkneesבִּרְכַּ֖יִםbir.Ka.yimH1290.
13כְּאִ֕ישׁke.'IshH376אֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834As a motherאִמּ֖וֹ'i.MoH517comforts her sonתְּנַחֲמֶ֑נּוּte.na.cha.Me.nuH5162,soכֵּ֤ןkenH3651will I comfort youאָֽנֹכִי֙ אֲנַ֣חֶמְכֶ֔ם'a.no.Khi 'a.Na.chem.KhemH595H5162,and you will be consoledתְּנֻחָֽמוּ׃te.nu.Cha.muH5162over Jerusalemוּבִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖םu.vi.ru.sha.LimH3389.”
14When you seeוּרְאִיתֶם֙u.re.'i.TemH7200,youלִבְּכֶ֔םli.be.KhemH3820will rejoiceוְשָׂ֣שׂve.SasH7797,and youוְעַצְמוֹתֵיכֶ֖םve.'atz.mo.tei.KhemH6106will flourishתִפְרַ֑חְנָהtif.Rach.nahH6524like grassכַּדֶּ֣שֶׁאka.De.she'H1877;then the handיַד־yad-H3027of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will be revealedוְנוֹדְעָ֤הve.nod.'AhH3045toאֶת־'et-H854His servantsעֲבָדָ֔יו'a.va.DavH5650,but His wrath will be shownוְזָעַ֖םve.za.'AmH2194אֶת־'et-H853to His enemiesאֹיְבָֽיו׃'o.ye.VavH341.
15Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will comeיָב֔וֹאya.Vo'H935with fireבָּאֵ֣שׁba.'EshH784—His chariotsמַרְכְּבֹתָ֑יוmar.ke.vo.TavH4818are like a whirlwindוְכַסּוּפָ֖הve.kha.su.FahH5492—to executeלְהָשִׁ֤יבle.ha.ShivH7725His angerאַפּ֔וֹ'a.PoH639with furyבְּחֵמָה֙be.che.MahH2534and His rebukeוְגַעֲרָת֖וֹve.ga.'a.ra.ToH1606with flamesבְּלַהֲבֵי־be.la.ha.vei-H3851of fireאֵֽשׁ׃'EshH784.
16Forכִּ֤יkiH3588by fireבָאֵשׁ֙va.'EshH784and by His swordוּבְחַרְבּ֖וֹu.ve.char.BoH2719,the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068will execute judgmentנִשְׁפָּ֔טnish.PatH8199onאֶת־'et-H854allכָּל־kol-H3605fleshבָּשָׂ֑רba.SarH1320,and manyוְרַבּ֖וּve.ra.BuH7231will be slainחַֽלְלֵ֥יcha.LeiH2491by the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
17“Those who consecrateהַמִּתְקַדְּשִׁ֨יםha.mit.ka.de.ShimH6942and purify themselvesוְהַמִּֽטַּהֲרִ֜יםve.ha.mi.ta.ha.RimH2891toאֶל־'el-H413enter the grovesהַגַּנּ֗וֹתha.ga.NotH1593—to followאַחַ֤ר'a.CharH310oneאַחַת֙'e.chadH259in the centerבַּתָּ֔וֶךְba.Ta.vekhH8432of those who eatאֹֽכְלֵי֙'o.khe.LeiH398the fleshבְּשַׂ֣רbe.SarH1320of swineהַחֲזִ֔ירha.cha.ZirH2386and verminוְהַשֶּׁ֖קֶץve.ha.She.ketzH8263and ratsוְהָעַכְבָּ֑רve.ha.'akh.BarH5909—will perishיָסֻ֖פוּya.Su.fuH5486togetherיַחְדָּ֥וyach.DavH3162,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
18“And Iוְאָנֹכִ֗יve.'a.no.KhiH595, knowingtheir deedsמַעֲשֵׂיהֶם֙ma.'a.sei.HemH4639and thoughtsוּמַחְשְׁבֹ֣תֵיהֶ֔םu.mach.she.Vo.tei.HemH4284,am comingבָּאָ֕הba.'AhH935to gatherלְקַבֵּ֥ץle.ka.BetzH6908אֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605nationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471and tonguesוְהַלְּשֹׁנ֑וֹתve.ha.le.sho.NotH3956,and they will comeוּבָ֖אוּu.Va.'uH935and seeוְרָא֥וּve.ra.'UH7200אֶת־'et-H853My gloryכְּבוֹדִֽי׃ke.vo.DiH3519.
19I will establishוְשַׂמְתִּ֨יve.sam.TiH7760a signא֗וֹת'otH226among them,and I will sendוְשִׁלַּחְתִּ֣יve.shi.lach.TiH7971survivorsפְּ֠לֵיטִיםPe.lei.timH6412from among themtoאֶֽל־'el-H413the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֞םha.go.YimH1471—to Tarshishתַּרְשִׁ֨ישׁtar.ShishH8659,Putפּ֥וּלpulH6322,and the archersמֹ֥שְׁכֵי קֶ֖שֶׁתMo.she.khei Ke.shetH4900H7198of Ludוְל֛וּדve.LudH3865; toTubalתֻּבַ֣לtu.ValH8422,Javanוְיָוָ֑ןve.ya.VanH3120,and the islandsהָאִיִּ֣יםha.'i.YimH339far awayהָרְחֹקִ֗יםha.re.cho.KimH7350whoאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834have notלֹא־lo'-H3808heardשָׁמְע֤וּsha.me.'UH8085אֶת־'et-H853of My fameשִׁמְעִי֙ וְלֹא־shim.'I ve.lo'-H8088H3808or seenרָא֣וּra.'UH7200אֶת־'et-H853My gloryכְּבוֹדִ֔יke.vo.DiH3519.So they will proclaimוְהִגִּ֥ידוּve.hi.Gi.duH5046אֶת־'et-H853My gloryכְּבוֹדִ֖יke.vo.DiH3519among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.
20And they will bringוְהֵבִ֣יאוּve.he.Vi.'uH935אֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605your brothersאֲחֵיכֶ֣ם'a.chei.KhemH251from allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֣ם׀ha.go.YimH1471as a giftמִנְחָ֣ה׀min.ChahH4503to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֡הla.Yah.wehH3068on horsesבַּסּוּסִ֡יםba.su.SimH5483and chariotsוּ֠בָרֶכֶבU.va.re.khevH7393and wagonsוּבַצַּבִּ֨יםu.va.tza.BimH6632,on mulesוּבַפְּרָדִ֜יםu.va.pe.ra.DimH6505and camelsוּבַכִּרְכָּר֗וֹתu.va.kir.ka.RotH3753,toעַ֣ל'alH5921My holyקָדְשִׁ֛יkod.shiH6944mountainהַ֥רharH2022Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,”saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “just asכַּאֲשֶׁ֣רka.'a.SherH834the Israelitesבְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֧לve.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121H3478אֶת־'et-H853bringיָבִיאוּ֩ya.vi.'UH935an offeringהַמִּנְחָ֛הha.min.ChahH4503in a cleanטָה֖וֹרta.HorH2889vesselבִּכְלִ֥יbikh.LiH3627to the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.”
