1This isthe messageהַדָּבָר֙ha.da.VarH1697thatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834was revealedחָזָ֔הcha.ZahH2372to Isaiahיְשַֽׁעְיָ֖הוּye.sha'.Ya.huH3470sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Amozאָמ֑וֹץ'a.MotzH531concerningעַל־'al-H5921Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063and Jerusalemוִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃vi.ru.sha.LimH3389:

2In the lastבְּאַחֲרִ֣יתbe.'a.cha.RitH319daysהַיָּמִ֗יםhai.ya.MimH3117the mountainהַ֤רharH2022of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will beוְהָיָ֣ה׀ve.ha.YahH1961establishedנָכ֨וֹן יִֽהְיֶ֜הna.Khon yih.YehH3559 H1961as the chiefבְּרֹ֣אשׁbe.RoshH7218of the mountainsהֶהָרִ֔יםhe.ha.RimH2022;it will be raisedוְנִשָּׂ֖אve.ni.Sa'H5375above the hillsמִגְּבָע֑וֹתmi.ge.va.'otH1389,and allכָּל־kol-H3605nationsהַגּוֹיִֽם׃ha.go.YimH1471will streamוְנָהֲר֥וּve.na.ha.RuH5102to itאֵלָ֖יו'e.LavH413.

3And manyרַבִּ֗יםra.BimH7227peoplesעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971will comeוְֽהָלְכ֞וּve.ha.le.KhuH1980and sayוְאָמְרוּ֙ve.'a.me.RuH559: “Comeלְכ֣וּ׀le.KhuH1980,let us go upוְנַעֲלֶ֣הve.na.'a.LehH5927toאֶל־'el-H413the mountainהַר־har-H2022of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,toאֶל־'el-H413the houseבֵּית֙beitH1004of the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290.He will teach usוְיֹרֵ֙נוּ֙ve.yo.Re.nuH3384His waysמִדְּרָכָ֔יוmi.de.ra.KhavH1870so that we may walkוְנֵלְכָ֖הve.ne.le.KhahH1980in His pathsבְּאֹרְחֹתָ֑יוbe.'o.re.cho.TavH734.”Forכִּ֤יkiH3588the lawתוֹרָ֔הto.RahH8451will go forthתֵּצֵ֣אte.Tze'H3318from Zionמִצִּיּוֹן֙mi.tzi.yOnH6726,and the wordוּדְבַר־u.de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068from Jerusalemמִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃mi.ru.sha.LimH3389.

4Then He will judgeוְשָׁפַט֙ve.sha.FatH8199betweenבֵּ֣יןbeinH996the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471and arbitrateוְהוֹכִ֖יחַve.ho.Khi.achH3198for manyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227peoplesלְעַמִּ֣יםle.'a.MimH5971.They will beatוְכִתְּת֨וּve.khi.te.TuH3807their swordsחַרְבוֹתָ֜םchar.vo.TamH2719into plowsharesלְאִתִּ֗יםle.'i.TimH855and their spearsוַחֲנִיתֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙va.cha.ni.to.tei.HemH2595into pruning hooksלְמַזְמֵר֔וֹתle.maz.me.RotH4211.Nationג֤וֹיGoyH1471will no longerלֹא־lo'-H3808take upיִשָּׂ֨אyi.Sa'H5375the swordחֶ֔רֶבChe.revH2719againstאֶל־'el-H413nationגּוֹי֙goyH1471,norוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808trainיִלְמְד֥וּyil.me.DuH3925anymoreע֖וֹדodH5750for warמִלְחָמָֽה׃ פmil.cha.MahH4421.

5Comeלְכ֥וּle.KhuH1980,O houseבֵּ֖יתbeitH1004of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֑בya.'a.KoH3290,let us walkוְנֵלְכָ֖הve.ne.le.KhahH1980in the lightבְּא֥וֹרbe.'orH216of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

6Forכִּ֣יkiH3588You have abandonedנָטַ֗שְׁתָּהna.Tash.tahH5203Your peopleעַמְּךָ֙'a.me.KhaH5971,the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290,becauseכִּ֤יkiH3588they are filledמָלְאוּ֙mal.'UH4390with influencesfrom the eastמִקֶּ֔דֶםmi.Ke.demH6924;they are soothsayersוְעֹֽנְנִ֖יםve.'o.ne.NimH6049like the Philistinesכַּפְּלִשְׁתִּ֑יםka.pe.lish.TimH6430;they strikeיַשְׂפִּֽיקוּ׃yas.Pi.kuH5606handswith the childrenוּבְיַלְדֵ֥יu.ve.yal.DeiH3206of foreignersנָכְרִ֖יםna.khe.RimH5237.

7Their landאַרְצוֹ֙'ar.TzoH776is full ofוַתִּמָּלֵ֤אva.ti.ma.Le'H4390silverכֶּ֣סֶףKe.sefH3701and goldוְזָהָ֔בve.za.HavH2091,with noוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369limitקֵ֖צֶהKe.tzehH7097to their treasuresלְאֹצְרֹתָ֑יוle.'o.tze.ro.TavH214;their landאַרְצוֹ֙'ar.TzoH776is full ofוַתִּמָּלֵ֤אva.ti.ma.Le'H4390horsesסוּסִ֔יםsu.SimH5483,with noוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369limitקֵ֖צֶהKe.tzehH7097to their chariotsלְמַרְכְּבֹתָֽיו׃le.mar.ke.vo.TavH4818.

8Their landאַרְצ֖וֹ'ar.TzoH776is full ofוַתִּמָּלֵ֥אva.ti.ma.Le'H4390idolsאֱלִילִ֑ים'e.li.LimH457;they bow downיִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֔וּyish.ta.cha.VuH7812to the workלְמַעֲשֵׂ֤הle.ma.'a.SehH4639of their handsיָדָיו֙ya.DavH3027,to whatלַאֲשֶׁ֥רla.'a.SherH834their fingersאֶצְבְּעֹתָֽיו׃'etz.be.'o.TavH676have madeעָשׂ֖וּ'a.SuH6213.

9So mankindאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120is brought lowוַיִּשַּׁ֥חvai.yi.ShachH7817,and manאִ֑ישׁ'IshH376is humbledוַיִּשְׁפַּל־vai.yish.pal-H8213—do notוְאַל־ve.'al-H408forgiveתִּשָּׂ֖אti.Sa'H5375them!
