16He fed youהַמַּֽאֲכִ֨לְךָ֥ha.ma.'a.Khil.khaH398in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057with mannaמָן֙manH4478thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834your fathersאֲבֹתֶ֑יךָ'a.vo.Tei.khaH1had notלֹא־lo'-H3808knownיָדְע֖וּןya.de.'UnH3045,in order toלְמַ֣עַןle.Ma.'anH4616humble youעַנֹּֽתְךָ֗ וּלְמַ֙עַן֙'a.no.te.Kha u.le.Ma.'anH6031 H4616and test youנַסֹּתֶ֔ךָna.so.Te.khaH5254,so that in the endבְּאַחֲרִיתֶֽךָ׃be.'a.cha.ri.Te.khaH319He might cause you to prosperלְהֵיטִֽבְךָ֖le.hei.tiv.KhaH3190.

17You might sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֖ve.'a.mar.TaH559in your heartבִּלְבָבֶ֑ךָbil.va.Ve.khaH3824, “The powerכֹּחִי֙ko.ChiH3581and strengthוְעֹ֣צֶםve.'O.tzemH6108of my handsיָדִ֔יya.DiH3027have madeעָ֥שָׂה'A.sahH6213אֶת־'et-H853thisהַזֶּֽה׃ha.ZehH2088wealthהַחַ֥יִלha.Cha.yilH2428for me.”
