3וּבָאתָ֙u.va.TaH935toאֶל־'el-H413the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834isיִהְיֶ֖הyih.YehH1961serving at thatהָהֵ֑םha.HemH1992timeבַּיָּמִ֣יםbai.ya.MimH3117,and sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֣ve.'a.mar.TaH559to himאֵלָ֗יו'e.LavH413, “I declareהִגַּ֤דְתִּיhi.Gad.tiH5046todayהַיּוֹם֙hai.yOmH3117to the LORDלַיהוָ֣הla.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430thatכִּי־ki-H3588I have enteredבָ֙אתִי֙ אֶל־va.ti 'el-H935 H413the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776thatאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068sworeנִשְׁבַּ֧עnish.Ba'H7650to our fathersלַאֲבֹתֵ֖ינוּla.'a.vo.Tei.nuH1to giveלָ֥תֶתLa.tetH5414us.”

4Then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548shall takeוְלָקַ֧חve.la.KachH3947the basketהַטֶּ֖נֶאha.Te.ne'H2935from your handsמִיָּדֶ֑ךָmi.ya.De.khaH3027and place itוְהִ֨נִּיח֔וֹve.Hi.ni.ChoH5117beforeלִפְנֵ֕יlif.NeiH6440the altarמִזְבַּ֖חmiz.BachH4196of the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃'e.lo.Hei.khaH430,

5and you are to declareוְעָנִ֨יתָ וְאָמַרְתָּ֜ve.'a.Ni.ta ve.'a.mar.TaH6030 H559beforeלִפְנֵ֣י׀lif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430, “My fatherאָבִ֔י'a.ViH1was a wanderingאֹבֵ֣ד'o.VedH6Arameanאֲרַמִּי֙'a.ra.MiH761,and he went downוַיֵּ֣רֶדvai.Ye.redH3381to Egyptמִצְרַ֔יְמָהmitz.Ray.mahH4714few in numberמְעָ֑טme.'AtH4592and livedוַיָּ֥גָרvai.Ya.gorH1481thereשָׁ֖ם בִּמְתֵ֣יsham bim.TeiH8033 H4962שָׁ֕םshamH8033and becameוַֽיְהִי־vay.hi-H1961a greatגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419nationלְג֥וֹיle.GoyH1471,mightyעָצ֥וּם'a.TzumH6099and numerousוָרָֽב׃va.RavH7227.

6But the Egyptiansהַמִּצְרִ֖יםha.mitz.RimH4713mistreated usוַיָּרֵ֧עוּvai.ya.Re.'uH7489אֹתָ֛נוּ'o.Ta.nuH853and afflicted usוַיְעַנּ֑וּנוּvay.'a.Nu.nuH6031,putting usוַיִּתְּנ֥וּ עָלֵ֖ינוּvai.yi.te.Nu 'a.Lei.nuH5414 H5921to hardקָשָֽׁה׃ka.ShahH7186laborעֲבֹדָ֥ה'a.vo.DahH5656.

7So we called outוַנִּצְעַ֕קva.nitz.'AkH6817toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of our fathersאֲבֹתֵ֑ינוּ'a.vo.Tei.nuH1;and the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068אֶת־'et-H853heardוַיִּשְׁמַ֤עvai.yish.Ma'H8085our voiceקֹלֵ֔נוּko.Le.nuH6963and sawוַיַּ֧רְאvai.Yar'H7200אֶת־'et-H853our afflictionעָנְיֵ֛נוּ'a.ne.Ye.nuH6040וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853,toilעֲמָלֵ֖נוּ'a.ma.Le.nuH5999וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853,and oppressionלַחֲצֵֽנוּ׃la.cha.Tze.nuH3906.

8Then the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068brought usוַיּוֹצִאֵ֤נוּvai.yo.tzi.'E.nuH3318out of Egyptמִמִּצְרַ֔יִםmi.mitz.Ra.yimH4714with a mightyחֲזָקָה֙cha.za.KahH2389handבְּיָ֤דbe.YadH3027and an outstretchedנְטוּיָ֔הne.tu.YahH5186armוּבִזְרֹ֣עַu.viz.Ro.a'H2220,with greatגָּדֹ֑לga.DolH1419terrorוּבְמֹרָ֖אu.ve.mo.Ra'H4172,signsוּבְאֹת֖וֹתu.ve.'o.TotH226,and wondersוּבְמֹפְתִֽים׃u.ve.mo.fe.TimH4159.

9And He brought usוַיְבִאֵ֖נוּvay.vi.'E.nuH935toאֶל־'el-H413thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088placeהַמָּק֣וֹםha.ma.KomH4725and gaveוַיִּתֶּן־vai.yi.ten-H5414usאֶת־'et-H853thisהַזֹּ֔אתha.ZotH2063landהָאָ֣רֶץha.'A.retzH776,a landאֶ֛רֶץ'E.retzH776flowingזָבַ֥תza.VatH2100with milkחָלָ֖בcha.LavH2461and honeyוּדְבָֽשׁ׃u.de.VashH1706.

10And nowוְעַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH6258,beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,I have broughtהֵבֵ֙אתִי֙he.Ve.tiH935אֶת־'et-H853the firstfruitsרֵאשִׁית֙ פְּרִ֣יre.Shit pe.RiH7225 H6529of the landהָאֲדָמָ֔הha.'a.da.MahH127thatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834You, O LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,have givenנָתַ֥תָּהna.Ta.tahH5414me.”Then you are to placeוְהִנַּחְתּ֗וֹve.hi.nach.ToH5117the basketbeforeלִפְנֵי֙lif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430and bow downוְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוִ֔יתָve.hish.ta.cha.Vi.taH7812beforeלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440Himיְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃Yah.weh 'e.lo.Hei.khaH3068 H430.

11So you shall rejoiceוְשָׂמַחְתָּ֣ve.sa.mach.TaH8055—youאַתָּה֙'a.TahH859,the Leviteוְהַלֵּוִ֔יve.ha.le.ViH3881,and the foreigner dwellingוְהַגֵּ֖רve.ha.GerH1616אֲשֶׁ֧ר'a.SherH834among youבְּקִרְבֶּֽךָ׃ סbe.kir.Be.chaH7130—in allבְכָל־ve.khol-H3605the goodהַטּ֗וֹבha.TovH2896אֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834things the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430has givenנָֽתַן־na.tan-H5414to youand your householdוּלְבֵיתֶ֑ךָu.le.vei.Te.khaH1004.

12Whenכִּ֣יkiH3588you have finished laying asideתְכַלֶּ֞ה לַ֠עְשֵׂרte.kha.Leh La'.serH3615 H6237אֶת־'et-H853a tenthמַעְשַׂ֧רma'.SarH4643of allכָּל־kol-H3605your produceתְּבוּאָתְךָ֛te.vu.'a.te.KhaH8393in the thirdהַשְּׁלִישִׁ֖תha.she.li.ShitH7992yearבַּשָּׁנָ֥הba.sha.NahH8141,the yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of the titheהַֽמַּעֲשֵׂ֑רha.ma.'a.SerH4643,you are to giveוְנָתַתָּ֣הve.na.ta.TahH5414it to the Leviteלַלֵּוִ֗יla.le.ViH3881,the foreignerלַגֵּר֙la.GerH1616,the fatherlessלַיָּת֣וֹםlai.ya.TomH3490,and the widowוְלָֽאַלְמָנָ֔הve.la.'al.ma.NahH490,that they may eatוְאָכְל֥וּve.'a.khe.LuH398and be filledוְשָׂבֵֽעוּ׃ve.sa.Ve.'uH7646within your gatesבִשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָvish.'a.Rei.khaH8179.

18And todayהַיּ֗וֹםhai.YomH3117the LORDוַֽיהוָ֞הva.Yah.wehH3068has proclaimed thatהֶאֱמִֽירְךָ֣he.'e.mi.re.KhaH559you areלִהְי֥וֹתlih.YotH1961Hispeopleלְעַ֣םle.'AmH5971andtreasured possessionסְגֻלָּ֔הse.gu.LahH5459asכַּאֲשֶׁ֖רka.'a.SherH834He promisedדִּבֶּר־di.ber-H1696,that you are to keepוְלִשְׁמֹ֖רve.lish.MorH8104allכָּל־kol-H3605His commandmentsמִצְוֹתָֽיו׃mitz.vo.TavH4687,
