ThenG2532 1I sawG3708 anotherG243 beastG2342 comingG305 upG305 out of the earthG1093; and he hadG2192 2twoG1417 hornsG2768 likeG3664 a lambG721, and he spokeG2980 as a 3dragonG1404.

He 4exercisesG4160 allG3956 the authorityG1849 of the firstG4413 beastG2342 56inG1799 his presenceG1799. And he makesG4160 7the earthG1093 and thoseG3588 who liveG2730 on it 8worshipG4352 the firstG4413 beastG2342, whoseG3739 9fatalG2288 woundG4127 was healedG2323.

He 10performsG4160 greatG3173 signsG4592, soG2443 thatG2443 he evenG2532 makesG4160 11fireG4442 comeG2597 downG2597 out of the skyG3772 to the earthG1093 inG1799 theG1799 presenceG1799 ofG1799 peopleG444.

And he 12deceivesG4105 13thoseG3588 who liveG2730 on the earthG1093 becauseG1223 of 14the signsG4592 whichG3739 it was givenG1325 him to performG4160 1516inG1799 theG1799 presenceG1799 ofG1799 the beastG2342, tellingG3004 thoseG3588 who liveG2730 on the earthG1093 to makeG4160 an imageG1504 to the beastG2342 whoG3739 hadG2192 the 17woundG4127 of the swordG3162 and has comeG2198 toG2198 lifeG2198.

And it was givenG1325 to him to giveG1325 breathG4151 to the imageG1504 of the beastG2342, soG2443 thatG2443 the imageG1504 of the beastG2342 would evenG2532 18speakG2980 and causeG4160 19allG3745 whoG3745 do not 20worshipG4352 the imageG1504 of the beastG2342 to be killedG615.

And he causesG4160 allG3956, 21the smallG3398 and the greatG3173, the richG4145 and the poorG4434, and the freeG1658 and the slavesG1401, 22to be givenG1325 a 23markG5480 on their rightG1188 handsG5495 orG2228 on their foreheadsG3359,

and he decrees that noG3761 oneG5100 will be ableG1410 to buyG59 orG2228 to sellG4453, exceptG1508 the one who hasG2192 the 24markG5480, either 25the nameG3686 of the beastG2342 orG2228 26the numberG706 of his nameG3686.
