14when the sinהַֽחַטָּ֔אתha.cha.TatH2403whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834they havecommittedחָטְא֖וּcha.te.'UH2398becomesH3045knownH3045,then the assemblyהַקָּהָ֜לha.ka.HalH6951shall offerוְהִקְרִ֨יבוּve.hik.Ri.vuH7126abullפַּ֤ר בֶּן־par ben-H6499 H1121of the herdבָּקָר֙ba.KarH1241as a sinלְחַטָּ֔אתle.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403and bringוְהֵבִ֣יאוּve.he.Vi.'uH935it in frontלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440of the tentאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵֽד׃mo.'EdH4150.

15Thenthe eldersזִקְנֵ֨יzik.NeiH2205of the congregationהָעֵדָ֧הha.'e.DahH5712shall layוְ֠סָמְכוּVe.sa.me.khuH5564their handsיְדֵיהֶ֛םye.dei.HemH3027on the headרֹ֥אשׁroshH7218of the bullהַפָּ֖רha.ParH6499beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,and the bullהַפָּ֖רha.ParH6499shall be slaughteredוְשָׁחַ֥טve.sha.ChatH7819beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

16Then the anointedהַמָּשִׁ֖יחַha.ma.Shi.achH4899priestהַכֹּהֵ֥ןha.ko.HenH3548is to bringוְהֵבִ֛יאve.he.Vi'H935someH4480of the bloodמִדַּ֣םmi.DamH1818of the bullהַפָּ֑רha.ParH6499to the tentאֹ֖הֶל'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵֽד׃mo.'EdH4150;

17andthe priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548shall dipוְטָבַ֧לve.ta.ValH2881his fingerאֶצְבָּע֖וֹ'etz.ba.'OH676in the bloodהַדָּ֑םha.DamH1818and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֞הve.hi.ZahH5137itsevenשֶׁ֤בַעShe.va'H7651timesפְּעָמִים֙pe.'a.MimH6471beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,in frontפְּנֵ֥יpe.NeiH6440of the veilהַפָּרֹֽכֶת׃ha.pa.Ro.khetH6532.

18He shall then putיִתֵּ֣ן׀yi.TenH5414someוּמִן־u.min-H4480of the bloodהַדָּ֞םha.DamH1818on the hornsקַרְנֹ֣תkar.NotH7161ofthe altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֗חַha.miz.Be.achH4196whichH834is beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068in the tentבְּאֹ֣הֶלbe.'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵ֑דmo.'EdH4150;and allכָּל־kol-H3605the rest ofthe bloodהַדָּ֗םha.DamH1818he shall pourיִשְׁפֹּךְ֙yish.poKhH8210outH8210at the baseיְסוֹד֙ye.sOdH3247of the altarמִזְבַּ֣חmiz.BachH4196of burntהָעֹלָ֔הha.'o.LahH5930offeringH5930whichH834is at the doorwayפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607of the tentאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵֽד׃mo.'EdH4150.

19Andhe shall removeיָרִ֣יםya.RimH7311allכָּל־kol-H3605its fatחֶלְבּ֖וֹchel.BoH2459from it and offerH6999it upH6999inH6999smokeוְהִקְטִ֖ירve.hik.TirH6999on the altarהַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃ha.miz.Be.chahH4196.

20He shall also doוְעָשָׂ֣הve.'a.SahH6213with the bullלַפָּ֔רla.ParH6499justH3512asH3512he didעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213withthe bullלְפַ֣רle.FarH6499of the sinהַֽחַטָּ֔אתha.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403;he shall doיַעֲשֶׂה־ya.'a.seh-H6213the sameכֵּ֖ןkenH3651with it. Sothe priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548shall makeוְכִפֶּ֧רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for them, and they will be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545.

21Then he is to bringוְהוֹצִ֣יאve.ho.Tzi'H3318the bullהַפָּ֗רha.ParH6499outH3318to a placeoutsideמִחוּץ֙mi.ChutzH4480 H2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264and burnוְשָׂרַ֣ףve.sa.RafH8313it justH3512asH3512he burnedשָׂרַ֔ףsa.RafH8313the firstהָרִאשׁ֑וֹןha.ri.ShonH7223bullהַפָּ֣רha.ParH6499; it isthe sinחַטַּ֥אתcha.TatH2403offeringH2403for the assemblyהַקָּהָ֖לha.ka.HalH6951.
