2You shall keepתִּשְׁמֹ֔רוּtish.Mo.ruH8104My Sabbathsשַׁבְּתֹתַ֣יsha.be.to.TaiH7676and revereתִּירָ֑אוּti.Ra.'uH3372My sanctuaryוּמִקְדָּשִׁ֖יu.mik.da.ShiH4720;I am the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

3Ifאִם־'im-H518you walkתֵּלֵ֑כוּte.Le.khuH1980in My statutesבְּחֻקֹּתַ֖יbe.chu.ko.TaiH2708and keepתִּשְׁמְר֔וּtish.me.RuH8104My commandmentsמִצְוֹתַ֣יmitz.vo.TaiH4687so as to carryH6213them outH6213,

4thenI shall giveוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414you rainsגִשְׁמֵיכֶ֖םgish.mei.KhemH1653in their seasonבְּעִתָּ֑םbe.'i.TamH6256,so that the landהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776will yieldוְנָתְנָ֤הve.nat.NahH5414its produceיְבוּלָ֔הּye.vu.LahH2981and the treesוְעֵ֥ץve.'EtzH6086of the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704will bearיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414their fruitפִּרְיֽוֹ׃pir.YoH6529.

5Indeed, yourthreshingH1786seasonH1786will lastH5381for you untilH5381grapeבָּצִ֔ירba.TzirH1210gatheringH1210,and grapeוּבָצִ֖ירu.va.TzirH1210gatheringH1210will lastH5381untilH5381sowingH2233timeH2233.So you will eatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֤םva.'a.khal.TemH398yourfoodלַחְמְכֶם֙lach.me.KhemH3899to the fullלָשֹׂ֔בַעla.Soa'H7648andliveוִֽישַׁבְתֶּ֥םvi.shav.TemH3427securelyלָבֶ֖טַחla.Ve.tachH983in your landבְּאַרְצְכֶֽם׃be.'ar.tze.KhemH776.

6I shall also grantוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414peaceשָׁלוֹם֙sha.lOmH7965in the landבָּאָ֔רֶץba.'A.retzH776, so thatyou may lieוּשְׁכַבְתֶּ֖םu.she.khav.TemH7901downH7901,with noH369oneH369to makeH2729youafraidH2729.I shall also eliminateוְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֞יve.hish.ba.TiH7673harmfulרָעָה֙ra.'AhH7451animalsH2421from the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776, andnoלֹא־lo'-H3808swordוְחֶ֖רֶבve.Che.revH2719will passתַעֲבֹ֥רta.'a.VorH5674through your landבְּאַרְצְכֶֽם׃be.'ar.tze.KhemH776.

7Instead, you will chaseוּרְדַפְתֶּ֖םu.re.daf.TemH7291your enemiesH340,and they will fallוְנָפְל֥וּve.na.fe.LuH5307beforeלִפְנֵיכֶ֖םlif.nei.KhemH6440you by the swordלֶחָֽרֶבle.Cha.revH2719;

8fiveחֲמִשָּׁה֙cha.mi.ShahH2568of you will chaseוְרָדְפ֨וּve.rad.FuH7291a hundredמֵאָ֔הme.'AhH3967,and a hundredוּמֵאָ֥הu.me.'AhH3967of you will chaseיִרְדֹּ֑פוּyir.Do.fuH7291tenרְבָבָ֣הre.va.VahH7233thousandH7233;and your enemiesH340will fallוְנָפְל֧וּve.naf.LuH5307beforeלִפְנֵיכֶ֖םlif.nei.KhemH6440you by the swordלֶחָֽרֶב׃le.Cha.revH2719.

9So I will turnוּפָנִ֣יתִיu.fa.Ni.tiH6437towardאֲלֵיכֶ֔ם'a.lei.KhemH413you andmakeוְהִפְרֵיתִ֣יve.hif.rei.TiH6509you fruitfulH6509and multiplyוְהִרְבֵּיתִ֖יve.hir.bei.TiH7235you, and I willconfirmוַהֲקִימֹתִ֥יva.ha.ki.mo.TiH6965My covenantבְּרִיתִ֖יbe.ri.TiH1285with you.

10Andyou will eatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֥םva.'a.khal.TemH398the oldיָשָׁ֖ןya.ShanH3465supplyנוֹשָׁ֑ןno.ShanH3462,and clearH3318outH3318the oldוְיָשָׁ֕ןve.ya.ShanH3465becauseמִפְּנֵ֥יmi.pe.NeiH4480 H6440of the newחָדָ֖שׁcha.DashH2319.

11Moreover, I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414Mydwellingמִשְׁכָּנִ֖יmish.ka.NiH4908amongבְּתוֹכְכֶ֑םbe.tokh.KhemH8432you, and My soulנַפְשִׁ֖יnaf.ShiH5315will notrejectתִגְעַ֥לtig.'AlH1602you.

12I will also walkוְהִתְהַלַּכְתִּי֙ve.hit.ha.lakh.TiH1980amongבְּת֣וֹכְכֶ֔םbe.Tokh.KhemH8432you and be your Godלֵֽאלֹהִ֑יםle.lo.HimH430,and you shall be My peopleלְעָֽם׃le.'AmH5971.

13I am the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֗ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,whoאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834broughtH3318you outH3318of the landמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714soH4480thatH4480youwould notH4480be their slavesעֲבָדִ֑ים'a.va.DimH5650, andI brokeוָאֶשְׁבֹּר֙va.'esh.BorH7665your yokeמֹטֹ֣ת עֻלְּכֶ֔םmo.Tot 'u.le.KhemH4133 H5923and made you walkוָאוֹלֵ֥ךְva.'o.LekhH1980erectקֽוֹמְמִיּֽוּת׃ פKo.mi.YutH6968.

14‘But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518you do not obeyתִשְׁמְע֖וּtish.me.'UH8085Me and do not carryH6213outH6213allכָּל־kol-H3605theseהָאֵֽלֶּה׃ha.'E.lehH428commandmentsהַמִּצְוֹ֖תha.mitz.VotH4687,

15ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518, instead, yourejectתִּמְאָ֔סוּtim.'A.suH3988My statutesבְּחֻקֹּתַ֣יbe.chu.ko.TaiH2708,and ifוְאִ֥םve.'ImH518your soulנַפְשְׁכֶ֑םnaf.she.KhemH5315loathesתִּגְעַ֣לtig.'AlH1602My ordinancesמִשְׁפָּטַ֖יmish.pa.TaiH4941so as not to carryH6213outH6213allכָּל־kol-H3605My commandmentsמִצְוֹתַ֔יmitz.vo.TaiH4687, but rather tobreakלְהַפְרְכֶ֖םle.haf.re.KhemH6565My covenantבְּרִיתִֽי׃be.ri.TiH1285,

16I, inH637turnH637,will doאֶֽעֱשֶׂה־'e.'e.seh-H6213thisH2088to you: I willsummonוְהִפְקַדְתִּ֨יve.hif.kad.TiH6485asuddenבֶּֽהָלָה֙be.ha.LahH928terrorH928againstעֲלֵיכֶ֤ם'a.lei.KhemH5921you, consumptionהַשַּׁחֶ֣פֶתha.sha.Che.fetH7829and feverהַקַּדַּ֔חַתha.ka.Da.chatH6920that will makeH3615the eyesעֵינַ֖יִם'ei.Na.yimH5869failמְכַלּ֥וֹתme.kha.LotH3615and thesoulנָ֑פֶשׁNa.feshH5315languishוּמְדִיבֹ֣תu.me.di.VotH1727; also,you will sowוּזְרַעְתֶּ֤םu.ze.ra'.TemH2232your seedזַרְעֲכֶ֔םzar.'a.KhemH2233uselesslyלָרִיק֙la.RikH7385,for your enemiesH340will eatוַאֲכָלֻ֖הוּva.'a.kha.Lu.huH398it.

17And I will setוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414My faceפָנַי֙fa.NaiH6440against you so that you will be defeatedוְנִגַּפְתֶּ֖םve.ni.gaf.TemH5062beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440your enemiesH340; andthose who hateשֹֽׂנְאֵיכֶ֔םso.ne.'ei.KhemH8130you will ruleוְרָד֤וּve.ra.DuH7287over you, andyou will fleeוְנַסְתֶּ֖םve.nas.TemH5127when noH369oneH369is pursuingרֹדֵ֥ףro.DefH7291you.

18Ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518also afterעַד־'ad-H5704theseH428thingsאֵ֔לֶּה'E.lehH428you do not obeyתִשְׁמְע֖וּtish.me.'UH8085Me, then I will punishלְיַסְּרָ֣הle.ya.se.RahH3256yousevenH7651timesH7651moreוְיָסַפְתִּי֙ve.ya.saf.TiH3254for your sinsחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃cha.to.tei.KhemH2403.

19I will alsobreakוְשָׁבַרְתִּ֖יve.sha.var.TiH7665downH7665your prideגְּא֣וֹןge.'onH1347of powerעֻזְּכֶ֑ם'u.ze.KhemH5797;and I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414your skyשְׁמֵיכֶם֙she.mei.KhemH8064like ironכַּבַּרְזֶ֔לka.bar.ZelH1270and your earthאַרְצְכֶ֖ם'ar.tze.KhemH776like bronzeכַּנְּחֻשָֽׁה׃ka.ne.chu.ShahH5154.

20Your strengthכֹּחֲכֶ֑םko.cha.KhemH3581will be consumedוְתַ֥םve.TamH8552uselesslyלָרִ֖יקla.RikH7385,for your landאַרְצְכֶם֙'ar.tze.KhemH776will not yieldתִתֵּ֤ןti.TenH5414its produceיְבוּלָ֔הּye.vu.LahH2981and the treesוְעֵ֣ץve.'EtzH6086of the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776will not yieldיִתֵּ֖ןyi.TenH5414their fruitפִּרְיֽוֹ׃pir.YoH6529.

21‘Yet ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518youshowתֵּֽלְכ֤וּte.le.KhuH1980hostilityקֶ֔רִיKe.riH7147towardעִמִּי֙'i.MiH5973Me and are unwillingוְלֹ֥א תֹאב֖וּve.Lo' to.VuH3808 H14to obeyלִשְׁמֹ֣עַֽlish.Mo.a'H8085Me, I will increaseוְיָסַפְתִּ֤יve.ya.saf.TiH3254the plagueמַכָּ֔הma.KahH4347on yousevenH7651timesH7651according to your sinsכְּחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ke.cha.to.tei.KhemH2403.

22I will also letH7971looseH7971among you the animalsH2421of the fieldהַשָּׂדֶה֙ha.sa.DehH7704,which will depriveH7921you ofH7921your childrenH7921and eliminateוְהִכְרִ֙יתָה֙ve.hikh.Ri.tahH3772your cattleבְּהֶמְתְּכֶ֔םbe.hem.te.KhemH929,and reduceH4591your numberH4591so thatyour roadsדַּרְכֵיכֶֽם׃dar.khei.KhemH1870becomeH8074desertedH8074.

23‘And ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518by theseH428thingsבְּאֵ֔לֶּהbe.'E.lehH428you do not learnH3256your lessonH3256regarding Me, but you showוַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥םva.ha.lakh.TemH1980hostilityקֶֽרִי׃Ke.riH7147towardעִמִּ֖י'i.MiH5973Me,

24then I inH637turnH637willshowוְהָלַכְתִּ֧יve.ha.lakh.TiH1980hostilityבְּקֶ֑רִיbe.Ke.riH7147towardעִמָּכֶ֖ם'i.ma.KhemH5973you; and I, evenגַּם־gam-H1571I, will strikeוְהִכֵּיתִ֤יve.hi.kei.TiH5221yousevenH7651timesH7651for your sinsחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃cha.to.tei.KhemH2403.

25I will also bringוְהֵבֵאתִ֨יve.he.ve.TiH935upon you a swordחֶ֗רֶבChe.revH2719which will executeנֹקֶ֙מֶת֙no.Ke.metH5358vengeanceנְקַם־ne.kam-H5359for the covenantבְּרִ֔יתbe.RitH1285;and when you gatherוְנֶאֱסַפְתֶּ֖םve.ne.'e.saf.TemH622together into your citiesעָרֵיכֶ֑ם'a.rei.KhemH5892,I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֤חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971aplagueדֶ֙בֶר֙de.verH1698amongבְּת֣וֹכְכֶ֔םbe.Tokh.KhemH8432you, so that you will be handedבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027 H5414overH5414to the enemyH340.

26When I breakבְּשִׁבְרִ֣יbe.shiv.RiH7665your staffמַטֵּה־ma.teh-H4294of breadלֶחֶם֒le.ChemH3899,tenעֶ֣שֶׂר'E.serH6235womenנָשִׁ֤יםna.ShimH802will bakeוְ֠אָפוּVe.'a.fuH644your breadלַחְמְכֶם֙lach.me.KhemH3899in oneאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259ovenבְּתַנּ֣וּרbe.ta.NurH8574,and they will bringוְהֵשִׁ֥יבוּve.he.Shi.vuH7725backH7725your breadלַחְמְכֶ֖םlach.me.KhemH3899in rationedH4948amountsH4948, so that you willeatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖םva.'a.khal.TemH398and not beH7646satisfiedH7646.

27‘Yet ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518in spite of thisH2088you do not obeyתִשְׁמְע֖וּtish.me.'UH8085Me, but actוַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥םva.ha.lakh.TemH1980with hostilityבְּקֶֽרִי׃be.Ke.riH7147againstעִמִּ֖י'i.MiH5973Me,

28thenI will actוְהָלַכְתִּ֥יve.ha.lakh.TiH1980with wrathfulבַּחֲמַת־ba.cha.mat-H2534hostilityקֶ֑רִיKe.riH7147againstעִמָּכֶ֖ם'i.ma.KhemH5973you, and I for My partאַף־'af-H637will punishוְיִסַּרְתִּ֤יve.yi.sar.TiH3256you sevenH7651timesH7651for your sinsחַטֹּאתֵיכֶם׃cha.to.tei.khemH2403.

29Further,you will eatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖םva.'a.khal.TemH398the fleshבְּשַׂ֣רbe.SarH1320of your sonsבְּנֵיכֶ֑םbe.nei.KhemH1121,and you will eatתֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃to.Khe.luH398the fleshוּבְשַׂ֥רu.ve.SarH1320of your daughtersבְּנֹתֵיכֶ֖םbe.no.tei.KhemH1323.

30I thenwill destroyוְהִשְׁמַדְתִּ֞יve.hish.mad.TiH8045your highבָּמֹֽתֵיכֶ֗םba.mo.tei.KhemH1116placesH1116,and cutוְהִכְרַתִּי֙ve.hikh.ra.TiH3772downH3772yourincenseחַמָּ֣נֵיכֶ֔םcha.Ma.nei.KhemH2553altarsH2553, andpileוְנָֽתַתִּי֙ve.na.ta.TiH5414yourremainsפִּגְרֵיכֶ֔םpig.rei.KhemH6297on theremainsפִּגְרֵ֖יpig.ReiH6297of your idolsגִּלּוּלֵיכֶ֑םgi.lu.lei.KhemH1544,for My soulנַפְשִׁ֖יnaf.ShiH5315will loatheוְגָעֲלָ֥הve.ga.'a.LahH1602you.

31I will turnוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414your citiesעָֽרֵיכֶם֙'a.rei.KhemH5892intoruinsחָרְבָּ֔הchar.BahH2723as well and makeH8074yoursanctuariesמִקְדְּשֵׁיכֶ֑םmik.de.shei.KhemH4720desolateH8074, and I will notsmellH7381your soothingנִיחֹֽחֲכֶֽם׃ni.Cho.cha.KhemH5207aromasH7381.

32And I will makeH8074the landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776desolateH8074so that your enemiesH340who settleהַיֹּשְׁבִ֖יםhai.yo.she.VimH3427in it will beH8074appalledH8074at it.

33You, however, Iwill scatterאֱזָרֶ֣ה'e.za.RehH2219among the nationsבַגּוֹיִ֔םva.go.YimH1471,and I will drawH7385outH7385a swordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719afterאַחֲרֵיכֶ֖ם'a.cha.rei.KhemH310you, as your landאַרְצְכֶם֙'ar.tze.KhemH776becomesוְהָיְתָ֤הve.hay.TahH1961desolateשְׁמָמָ֔הshe.ma.MahH8077and your citiesוְעָרֵיכֶ֖םve.'a.rei.KhemH5892becomeיִהְי֥וּyih.YuH1961ruinsחָרְבָּֽה׃char.BahH2723.
