Job 34:10-30
10“ThereforeH3651, listenH8085 to me, you menH376 of understandingH3824. FarH2486 be it from GodH410 to 1do wickednessH7562, And from the AlmightyH7706 to do wrongH5766.11For He paysH7999 a manH120 according to 2his workH6467, And makes 3him findH4672 it according to his wayH734.12SurelyH637H551, 4GodH410 will not actH7561 wickedlyH7561, And the AlmightyH7706 will not pervertH5791 justiceH4941.13WhoH4310 5gaveH6485 Him authorityH6845 overH5921 the earthH776? And whoH4310 6has laidH7760 on Him the wholeH3605 worldH8398?14IfH518 He should 7determineH7760H3820 to do so, If He should 8gatherH622 to Himself His spiritH7307 and His breathH5397,15AllH3605 9fleshH1320 would perishH1478 togetherH3162, And manH120 would 10returnH7725 to dustH6083.
16“But ifH518 you have understandingH998, hearH8085 thisH2088; ListenH238 to the soundH6963 of my wordsH4405.17Shall 11one who hatesH8130 justiceH4941 ruleH2280? And 12will you condemnH7561 the righteousH6662 mightyH3524 OneH3524,18Who saysH559 to a kingH4428, ‘WorthlessH1100 oneH1100,’ To noblesH5081, ‘WickedH7563 onesH7563’;19WhoH834 showsH5375 noH3808 13partialityH5375H6440 to princesH8269 NorH3808 regardsH5234 the richH7771 aboveH6440 the poorH1800, For they allH3605 are the 14workH4639 of His handsH3027?20In a momentH7281 they dieH4191, and 15at midnightH2676H3915 PeopleH5971 are shakenH1607 and passH5674 awayH5674, And 16the mightyH47 are takenH5493 awayH5493 withoutH3808 a handH3027.
21“For 17His eyesH5869 are upon the waysH1870 of a manH376, And He seesH7200 allH3605 his stepsH6806.22ThereH369 is 18noH369 darknessH2822 or deepH6757 shadowH6757 WhereH8033 the workersH6466 of iniquityH205 may hideH5641 themselves.23For He does not 19need to considerH7760 a manH376 furtherH5750, That he should goH1980 beforeH413 GodH410 in judgmentH4941.24He breaksH7489 in pieces 20mightyH3524 menH3524 withoutH3808 inquiryH2714, And setsH5975 othersH312 in their placeH8478.25ThereforeH3651 He 21knowsH5234 their worksH4566, And 22He overthrowsH2015 them in the nightH3915, And they are crushedH1792.26He 23strikesH5606 them likeH8478 the wickedH7563 24In a publicH7200 placeH4725,27BecauseH834H5921H3651 they 25turnedH5493 asideH5493 from followingH310 Him, And 26hadH7919 noH3808 regardH7919 for anyH3605 of His waysH1870;28So that they caused 27the cryH6818 of the poorH1800 to comeH935 to Him, And that He might 28hearH8085 the cryH6818 of the afflictedH6041--29When He keepsH8252 quietH8252, whoH4310 then can condemnH7561? And when He hidesH5641 His faceH6440, whoH4310 then can beholdH7789 Him, That is, in regardH5921 to bothH3162 nationH1471 and manH120?--30SoH4480 that 29godlessH2611 menH120 would not ruleH4427 NorH4480 be snaresH4170 of the peopleH5971.
