Exodus 17:11-14
11So it cameH1961 about whenH3512 MosesH4872 heldH7311 his handH3027 up, that IsraelH3478 prevailedH1396, and whenH3512 he let his handH3027 1downH5117, AmalekH6002 prevailedH1396. 12But Moses’ handsH3027 were heavyH3515. Then they tookH3947 a stoneH68 and putH7760 it underH8478 him, and he satH3427 on it; and AaronH175 and HurH2354 2supportedH8551 his handsH3027, oneH259 on oneH2088 sideH2088 and oneH259 on the otherH2088. Thus his handsH3027 were steadyH530 untilH5704 the sunH8121 setH935. 13So JoshuaH3091 3overwhelmedH2522 AmalekH6002 and his peopleH5971 with the edgeH6310 of the swordH2719.
14Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “4WriteH3789 thisH2088 in 5a bookH5612 as a memorialH2146 and 6reciteH7760H241 it to JoshuaH3091, 7that 8I will utterlyH4229 blotH4229 out the memoryH2143 of AmalekH6002 from underH8478 heavenH8064.”
