Thessalonians 5:4-10
But you, brethrenG80, are not in 1darknessG4655, that the dayG2250 would overtakeG2638 you 23likeG5613 a thiefG2812;
for you are allG3956 4sonsG5207 of lightG5457 and sonsG5207 of dayG2250. We are not of nightG3571 norG3761 of 5darknessG4655;
soG686 thenG686 let us not 6sleepG2518 as 78othersG3062 do, but let us be alertG1127 and 910soberG3525.
For thoseG3588 who sleepG2518 doG2518 their sleepingG2518 at nightG3571, and thoseG3588 who getG3182 drunkG3182 getG3184 11drunkG3184 at nightG3571.
But since 12we are of the dayG2250, let us 13be 14soberG3525, having putG1746 on the 15breastplateG2382 of 16faithG4102 and loveG26, and as a 17helmetG4030, the 18hopeG1680 of salvationG4991.
For GodG2316 has not destinedG5087 us for 19wrathG3709, but for 20obtainingG4047 salvationG4991 throughG1223 our LordG2962 JesusG2424 ChristG5547,
who diedG599 for us, soG2443 that whetherG1535 we are awakeG1127 orG1535 asleepG2518, we will liveG2198 togetherG260 with Him.
