15Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124has been destroyedשֻׁדַּ֤דshu.DadH7703andmen have goneעָלָ֔ה'a.LahH5927up tohis citiesוְעָרֶ֣יהָve.'a.Rei.haH5892;His choicestוּמִבְחַ֥רu.miv.CharH4005youngבַּֽחוּרָ֖יוba.chu.RavH970menH970have also goneיָרְד֣וּya.re.DuH3381downH3381to the slaughterלַטָּ֑בַחla.Ta.vachH2874,”Declaresנְאֻ֨ם־ne.'Um-H5002theKingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428,whose nameשְׁמֽוֹ׃she.MoH8034is the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635.

26“Makeהַשְׁכִּירֻ֕הוּhash.ki.Ru.huH7937him drunkH7937, for he hasbecomeH1431arrogantH1431towardעַל־'al-H5921the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068;so Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124willwallowוְסָפַ֤קve.sa.FakH5606in his vomitH7006,and he alsoגַּם־gam-H1571will becomeוְהָיָ֥הve.ha.YahH1961a laughingstockלִשְׂחֹ֖קlis.ChokH7814.

31Thereforeכֵּן֙kenH5921 H3651I willwailאֲיֵלִ֔יל'a.ye.LilH3213for Moabמוֹאָ֣בmo.'AvH4124,Even for allכֻּלֹּ֖הku.LohH3605Moabוּלְמוֹאָ֥בu.le.mo.'AvH4124will I cryאֶזְעָ֑ק'ez.'AkH2199out;I will moanיֶהְגֶּֽה׃yeh.GehH1897for the menH376ofKir-heresH7025.

33Sogladnessשִׂמְחָ֥הsim.ChahH8057and joyוָגִ֛ילva.GilH1524are takenH622awayH622From the fruitfulH3759fieldH3759,even from the landוּמֵאֶ֣רֶץu.me.'E.retzH776of Moabמוֹאָ֑בmo.'AvH4124.And I have made the wineוְיַ֙יִן֙ve.Ya.yinH3196toceaseהִשְׁבַּ֔תִּיhish.Ba.tiH7673from the wineH3342pressesH3342;NoH3808one will treadיִדְרֹ֣ךְyid.RokhH1869themwith shoutingהֵידָ֔דhei.DadH1959,The shoutingהֵידָ֖דhei.DadH1959will not be shoutsהֵידָֽד׃hei.DadH1959of joy.

36“Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֞ן'al- kenH5921 H3651Myheartלִבִּ֤יli.BiH3820wailsיֶהֱמֶ֔הye.he.MehH1993for Moabלְמוֹאָב֙le.mo.'AvH4124like flutesכַּחֲלִלִ֣יםka.cha.li.LimH2485;My heartוְלִבִּי֙ve.li.BiH3820alsowailsיֶהֱמֶ֑הye.he.MehH1993like flutesכַּחֲלִילִ֖יםka.cha.li.LimH2485for the menH376of Kir-heresH7025.Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֛ן'al- kenH5921 H3651they havelostאָבָֽדוּ׃'a.Va.duH6the abundanceיִתְרַ֥תyit.RatH3502it producedעָשָׂ֖ה'a.SahH6213.

41Keriothהַקְּרִיּ֔וֹתha.ke.ri.YotH7152has been capturedנִלְכְּדָה֙nil.ke.DahH3920And the strongholdsוְהַמְּצָד֖וֹתve.ha.me.tza.DotH4679have been seizedנִתְפָּ֑שָׂהnit.Pa.sahH8610, So theheartsלֵ֞בlevH3820of the mightyH1368menH1368of Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124in that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117Will be like the heartכְּלֵ֖בke.LevH3820of awomanאִשָּׁ֥ה'i.ShahH802in laborמְצֵרָֽה׃me.tze.RahH6887.

42Moabמוֹאָ֖בmo.'AvH4124will bedestroyedוְנִשְׁמַ֥דve.nish.MadH8045from beinga peopleמֵעָ֑םme.'AmH5971Becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588he hasbecomeH1431arrogantH1431towardעַל־'al-H5921the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068.

43Terrorפַּ֥חַדPa.chadH6343,pitוָפַ֖חַתva.Fa.chatH6354and snareוָפָ֑חva.FachH6341are coming upon you,O inhabitantיוֹשֵׁ֥בyo.ShevH3427of Moabמוֹאָ֖בmo.'AvH4124,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

44“The one whofleesהַנָּ֞סha.nisH5127from the terrorהַפַּ֙חַד֙ha.Pa.chadH6343Will fallיִפֹּ֣לyi.PolH5307into the pitהַפַּ֔חַתha.Pa.chatH6354,And the one who climbsוְהָֽעֹלֶה֙ve.ha.'o.LehH5927up out of the pitהַפַּ֔חַתha.Pa.chatH6354Will be caughtיִלָּכֵ֖דyi.la.KhedH3920in the snareבַּפָּ֑חba.PachH6341;For I shall bringאָבִ֨יא'a.Vi'H935upon her, evenupon Moabמוֹאָ֛בmo.'AvH4124,The yearשְׁנַ֥תshe.NatH8141of theirpunishmentפְּקֻדָּתָ֖םpe.ku.da.TamH6486,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
