Esther 8:10-14

And he wroteH3789 in the nameH8034 of kingH4428 AhasuerusH325, and sealedH2856 [it] with the king's ringH2885, and sentH7971 lettersH5612 by couriersH7323 on horseback ridingH7392 on coursers, horsesH5483 of blood reared in the breeding studs:

[stating] that the kingH4428 granted the JewsH3064 that were in every cityH5892 to gather themselves together, and to standH5975 for their lifeH5315, to destroyH8045, to slayH2026, and to cause to perishH6, all the power of the peopleH5971 and provinceH4082 that might assault them, [their] littleH2945 onesH2945 and womenH802, and to [takeH962] the spoilH7998 of them for a prey,

upon oneH259 dayH3117 in all the provincesH4082 of kingH4428 AhasuerusH325, upon the thirteenth of the twelfth monthH2320, that is, the monthH2320 AdarH143.

That the decree might beH1961 givenH5414 in every provinceH4082, a copyH6572 of the writing wasH1961 published to all the peoplesH5971, and that the JewsH3064 should beH1961 ready against that dayH3117 to avengeH5358 themselves on their enemiesH341.

The couriersH7323 mounted on coursers [and] horses of blood wentH3318 out, being hastened and pressed on by the king's commandment. And the decree was givenH5414 at Shushan the fortress.
