23AndJehuיֵה֛וּאye.Hu'H3058andJehonadabthesonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofRechabרֵכָ֖בre.KhavH7394enteredintothehouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofBaalהַבָּ֑עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,andsaidH559totheservantsמֵעַבְדֵ֣יme.'av.DeiH5650ofBaalהַבַּ֗עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,Searchחַפְּשׂ֤וּcha.pe.SuH2664,andseeוּרְאוּ֙u.re.'UH7200thattherebehereפֹּ֤הpohH6311withyounoneoftheservantsH5650ofJehovah,buttheservantsH5650ofBaalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168onlyH905.

25AnditcameH935topassassoonastheyhadendedH3615offeringuptheburnt-offering,thatJehuיֵ֠הוּאYe.hu'H3058saidH559tothecouriersH7323andtothecaptains,GoH3318in,slaythem;letnonecomeH935forthH3318.Andtheysmotethemwiththeedgeoftheswordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719;andthecouriersH7323andthecaptainscastH7993[them]there.AndtheywentH3318tothecityעִ֥יר'irH5892ofthehouseבֵּית־beit-H1004ofBaalהַבָּֽעַל׃ha.Ba.'alH1168,

26andbroughtH3318forthH3318thecolumnsoutofthehouseבֵּית־beit-H1004ofBaalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,andburnedוַֽיִּשְׂרְפֽוּהָ׃Vai.yis.re.Fu.haH8313them;

27andtheybrokeH5422downthecolumnofBaalהַבָּ֑עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,andbrokeH5422downthehouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofBaalהַבַּ֔עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,andmadeH7760itadraught-housetothisdayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117.

28ThusJehuיֵה֛וּאye.Hu'H3058extirpatedBaalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168outofIsraelמִיִּשְׂרָאֵֽל׃mi.Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
