21And Jehuיֵהוּא֙ye.Hu'H3058sentוַיִּשְׁלַ֤חvai.yish.LachH7971through all Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478:and all the worshippersעֹבְדֵ֣י'oe.DeiH5647of Baalהַבַּ֔עַלha.Ba.'alH1168cameוַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙vai.ya.Vo.'uH935,so that there was not a manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376leftנִשְׁאַ֥רnish.'ArH7604that cameבָ֑אVa'H935not. And they cameוַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙vai.ya.Vo.'uH935into the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Baalהַבַּ֔עַלha.Ba.'alH1168;and the houseבֵית־veit-H1004of Baalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168was fullוַיִּמָּלֵ֥אvai.yi.ma.Le'H4390from one endפֶּ֥הpehH6310to anotherלָפֶֽה׃la.PehH6310.

22And he saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him that wasover the vestryהַמֶּלְתָּחָ֔הha.mel.ta.ChahH4458,Bring forthהוֹצֵ֣אho.Tze'H3318vestmentsלְב֔וּשׁle.VushH3830for all the worshippersעֹבְדֵ֣י'oe.DeiH5647of Baalהַבָּ֑עַלha.Ba.'alH1168.And he brought them forthוַיֹּצֵ֥אvai.yo.Tze'H3318vestmentsהַמַּלְבּֽוּשׁ׃ha.mal.BushH4403.

23And Jehuיֵה֛וּאye.Hu'H3058wentוַיָּבֹ֥אvai.ya.Vo'H935,and Jehonadabוִיהוֹנָדָ֥בvi.ho.na.DavH3082the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Rechabרֵכָ֖בre.KhavH7394,into the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Baalהַבָּ֑עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,and saidוַיֹּ֜אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto the worshippersלְעֹבְדֵ֣יle.'oe.DeiH5647of Baalהַבַּ֗עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,Searchחַפְּשׂ֤וּcha.pe.SuH2664,and lookוּרְאוּ֙u.re.'UH7200that there beיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426here with you none of the servantsמֵעַבְדֵ֣יme.'av.DeiH5650of Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,but the worshippersעֹבְדֵ֥י'oe.DeiH5647of Baalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168only.

24And when they went inוַיָּבֹ֕אוּvai.ya.Vo.'uH935to offerלַעֲשׂ֖וֹתla.'a.SotH6213sacrificesזְבָחִ֣יםze.va.ChimH2077and burnt offeringsוְעֹל֑וֹתve.'o.LotH5930,Jehuוְיֵה֞וּאve.ye.Hu'H3058appointedשָׂם־som-H7760fourscoreשְׁמֹנִ֣יםshe.mo.NimH8084menאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376withoutבַחוּץ֙va.ChutzH2351,and saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, Ifanyהָאִ֤ישׁha.'IshH376of the menהָאֲנָשִׁ֗יםha.'a.na.ShimH582whom I have broughtמֵבִ֣יאme.Vi'H935into your handsיְדֵיכֶ֔םye.dei.KhemH3027escapeיִמָּלֵט֙yi.ma.LetH4422, he that letteth him go,his lifeנַפְשׁ֖וֹnaf.ShoH5315shall befor the lifeנַפְשֽׁוֹ׃naf.ShoH5315of him.

25And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an endכְּכַלֹּת֣וֹ׀ke.kha.lo.ToH3615of offeringלַעֲשׂ֣וֹתla.'a.SotH6213the burnt offeringהָעֹלָ֗הha.'o.LahH5930,that Jehuיֵ֠הוּאYe.hu'H3058saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to the guardלָרָצִ֨יםla.ra.TzimH7323and to the captainsוְלַשָּׁלִשִׁ֜יםve.la.sha.li.ShimH7991,Go inבֹּ֤אוּBo.'uH935, andslayהַכּוּם֙ha.KumH5221them; let noneאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376come forthיֵצֵ֔אye.Tze'H3318.And they smoteוַיַּכּ֖וּםvai.ya.KumH5221them with the edgeלְפִי־le.fi-H6310of the swordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719;and the guardהָֽרָצִים֙ha.ra.TzimH7323and the captainsוְהַשָּׁ֣לִשִׁ֔יםve.ha.Sha.li.ShimH7991cast themoutוַיַּשְׁלִ֗כוּvai.yash.Li.khuH7993,and wentH3212to the cityעִ֥יר'irH5892of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of Baalהַבָּֽעַל׃ha.Ba.'alH1168.

26And they brought forthוַיֹּצִ֛אוּvai.yo.Tzi.'uH3318the imagesמַצְּב֥וֹתma.tze.VotH4676out of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of Baalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,and burnedוַֽיִּשְׂרְפֽוּהָ׃Vai.yis.re.Fu.haH8313them.

27And they brake downוַֽיִּתְּצ֔וּvai.yi.te.TzuH5422the imageמַצְּבַ֣תma.tze.VatH4676of Baalהַבָּ֑עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,and brake downוַֽיִּתְּצוּ֙vai.yi.te.TzuH5422the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Baalהַבַּ֔עַלha.Ba.'alH1168,and madeוַיְשִׂמֻ֥הוּvay.si.Mu.huH7760it a draught houseלְמֽוֹצָא֖וֹתle.ma.cha.ra.'otH4280 H4163unto this dayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117.

28Thus Jehuיֵה֛וּאye.Hu'H3058destroyedוַיַּשְׁמֵ֥דvai.yash.MedH8045Baalהַבַּ֖עַלha.Ba.'alH1168out of Israelמִיִּשְׂרָאֵֽל׃mi.Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

29Howbeit fromthe sinsחֲטָאֵ֞יcha.ta.'EiH2399of Jeroboamיָרָבְעָ֤םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Nebatנְבָט֙ne.VatH5028,who made Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478to sinהֶחֱטִ֣יאhe.che.Ti'H2398,Jehuיֵה֖וּאye.Hu'H3058departedסָ֥רsarH5493not from afterמֵאַֽחֲרֵיהֶ֑םme.'a.cha.rei.HemH310them, to wit,the goldenהַזָּהָ֔בha.za.HavH2091calvesעֶגְלֵי֙'eg.LeiH5695that werein Beth–elH1008, and that werein Danבְּדָֽן׃ סbe.DanH1835.

30And Yhwhיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Jehuיֵה֗וּאye.Hu'H3058,Because thou hast done wellהֱטִיבֹ֙תָ֙he.ti.Vo.taH2895in executingלַעֲשׂ֤וֹתla.'a.SotH6213that which isrightהַיָּשָׁר֙hai.ya.SharH3477in mine eyesבְּעֵינַ֔יbe.'ei.NaiH5869, andhast doneעָשִׂ֖יתָ'a.Si.taH6213unto the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of Ahabאַחְאָ֑ב'ach.'AvH256according to all that wasin mine heartבִּלְבָבִ֔יbil.va.ViH3824,thy childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of the fourthרְבִעִ֔יםre.vi.'ImH7243generationshall sitיֵשְׁב֥וּye.she.VuH3427on the throneכִּסֵּ֥אki.Se'H3678of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

31But Jehuוְיֵה֗וּאve.ye.Hu'H3058took no heedשָׁמַ֛רsha.MarH8104to walkH3212in the lawבְּתֽוֹרַת־be.to.rat-H8451of Yhwhיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068Godאֱלֹהֵֽי־'e.lo.hei-H430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478with all his heartלְבָב֑וֹle.va.VoH3824:for he departedסָ֗רSarH5493not from the sinsחַטֹּ֣אותcha.TotH2403of Jeroboamיָֽרָבְעָ֔םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379,which made Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478to sinהֶחֱטִ֖יאhe.che.Ti'H2398.
