13אֶת־'et-H853The LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635is the Oneאֹת֣וֹ'o.ToH853you shall regard as holyתַקְדִּ֑ישׁוּtak.Di.shuH6942.Only Heוְה֥וּאve.Hu'H1931should be fearedמוֹרַאֲכֶ֖םmo.ra.'a.KhemH4172;only Heוְה֥וּאve.Hu'H1931should be dreadedמַֽעֲרִֽצְכֶֽם׃Ma.'a.Ritz.KhemH6206.

14And He will beוְהָיָ֖הve.ha.YahH1961a sanctuaryלְמִקְדָּ֑שׁle.mik.DashH4720—but to bothלִשְׁנֵ֨יlish.NeiH8147housesבָתֵּ֤יva.TeiH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478a stoneוּלְאֶ֣בֶןu.le.'E.venH68of stumblingנֶ֠גֶףNe.gefH5063and a rockוּלְצ֨וּרu.le.TzurH6697of offenseמִכְשׁ֜וֹלmikh.SholH4383,to the dwellersלְיוֹשֵׁ֖בle.yo.ShevH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389a trapלְפַ֣חle.FachH6341and a snareוּלְמוֹקֵ֔שׁu.le.mo.KeshH4170.

15Manyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227will stumbleוְכָ֥שְׁלוּve.Kha.she.luH3782over these;they will fallוְנָפְל֣וּve.na.fe.LuH5307and be brokenוְנִשְׁבָּ֔רוּve.nish.Ba.ruH7665;they will be ensnaredוְנוֹקְשׁ֖וּve.nok.ShuH3369and capturedוְנִלְכָּֽדוּ׃ סve.nil.Ka.duH3920.”

16Bind upצ֖וֹרTzorH6887the testimonyתְּעוּדָ֑הte.'u.DahH8584andsealחֲת֥וֹםcha.TomH2856the lawתּוֹרָ֖הto.RahH8451among my disciplesבְּלִמֻּדָֽי׃be.li.mu.DaiH3928.

17I will waitוְחִכִּ֙יתִי֙ve.chi.Ki.tiH2442for the LORDלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,who is hidingהַמַּסְתִּ֥ירha.mas.TirH5641His faceפָּנָ֖יוpa.NavH6440from the houseמִבֵּ֣יתmi.BeitH1004of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֑בya.'a.KoH3290.I will put my trustוְקִוֵּ֖יתִֽי־ve.ki.Vei.ti-H6960in Him.

18Hereהִנֵּ֣הhi.NehH2009am Iאָנֹכִ֗י'a.no.KhiH595,and the childrenוְהַיְלָדִים֙ve.hay.la.DimH3206אֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068has givenנָֽתַן־na.tan-H5414meas signsלְאֹת֥וֹתle.'o.TotH226and symbolsוּלְמוֹפְתִ֖יםu.le.mof.TimH4159in Israelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לbe.Yis.ra.'ElH3478fromמֵעִם֙me.'ImH5973the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,who dwellsהַשֹּׁכֵ֖ןha.sho.KhenH7931on Mountבְּהַ֥רbe.HarH2022Zionצִיּֽוֹן׃ סtzi.YonH6726.

19Whenוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588men tellיֹאמְר֣וּyo.me.RuH559youאֲלֵיכֶ֗ם'a.lei.KhemH413to consultדִּרְשׁ֤וּ אֶל־dir.Shu 'el-H1875 H413mediumsהָאֹבוֹת֙ וְאֶל־ha.'Ot ve.'el-H178 H413and spiritistsהַיִּדְּעֹנִ֔יםhai.yi.de.'o.NimH3049who whisperהַֽמְצַפְצְפִ֖יםham.tzaf.tze.FimH6850and mutterוְהַמַּהְגִּ֑יםve.ha.mah.GimH1897,shouldn’tהֲלוֹא־ha.lo'-H3808a peopleעַם֙ אֶל־'am 'el-H5971 H413consultיִדְרֹ֔שׁyid.RoshH1875their Godאֱלֹהָ֣יו'e.lo.HavH430instead?Why consult the deadהַמֵּתִֽים׃ha.me.TimH4191on behalf ofבְּעַ֥דbe.'AdH1157the livingהַחַיִּ֖ים אֶל־ha.chai.Yim 'el-H2416 H413?

21They will roam the landוְעָ֥בַרve.'A.varH5674,dejectedנִקְשֶׁ֣הnik.ShehH7185and hungryוְרָעֵ֑ב וְהָיָ֨הve.ra.'Ev ve.ha.YahH7457 H1961.Whenכִֽי־khi-H3588they are famishedיִרְעַ֜בyir.'AvH7456,they will become enragedוְהִתְקַצַּ֗ףve.hit.ka.TzafH7107;and lookingוּפָנָ֥הu.fa.NahH6437upwardלְמָֽעְלָה׃le.Ma.'e.lahH4605,they will curseוְקִלֵּ֧לve.ki.LelH7043their kingבְּמַלְכּ֛וֹbe.mal.KoH4428and their Godוּבֵאלֹהָ֖יוu.ve.lo.HavH430.

22Then they will lookיַבִּ֑יטya.BitH5027toוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413the earthאֶ֖רֶץ'E.retzH776and seeוְהִנֵּ֨הve.hi.NehH2009only distressצָרָ֤הtza.RahH6869and darknessוַחֲשֵׁכָה֙va.cha.she.KhahH2825and the gloomמְע֣וּףme.'UfH4588of anguishצוּקָ֔הtzu.KahH6695.And they will be drivenמְנֻדָּֽח׃me.nu.DachH5080into utter darknessוַאֲפֵלָ֖הva.'a.fe.LahH653.
