6And the foreignersוּבְנֵ֣י הַנֵּכָ֗רu.ve.Nei ha.ne.KharH1121H5236who joinהַנִּלְוִ֤יםha.nil.VimH3867themselves toעַל־'al-H5921the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068to minister to Himלְשָׁ֣רְת֔וֹle.Sha.re.ToH8334,to loveוּֽלְאַהֲבָה֙u.le.'a.ha.VahH157אֶת־'et-H853the nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and to beלִהְי֥וֹתlih.YotH1961Hisservantsלַעֲבָדִ֑יםla.'a.va.DimH5650—allכָּל־kol-H3605who keepשֹׁמֵ֤רsho.MerH8104the Sabbathשַׁבָּת֙sha.BatH7676without profaning itמֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹme.cha.le.LoH2490and who hold fastוּמַחֲזִיקִ֖יםu.ma.cha.zi.KimH2388to My covenantבִּבְרִיתִֽי׃biv.ri.TiH1285—
7I will bring themוַהֲבִיאוֹתִ֞יםva.ha.vi.'o.TimH935toאֶל־'el-H413My holyקָדְשִׁ֗יkod.shiH6944mountainהַ֣רharH2022and make them joyfulוְשִׂמַּחְתִּים֙ve.si.mach.TimH8055in My houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004of prayerתְּפִלָּתִ֔יte.fi.la.TiH8605.Their burnt offeringsעוֹלֹתֵיהֶ֧םo.lo.tei.HemH5930and sacrificesוְזִבְחֵיהֶ֛םve.ziv.chei.HemH2077will be acceptedלְרָצ֖וֹןle.ra.TzonH7522onעַֽל־'al-H5921My altarמִזְבְּחִ֑יmiz.be.ChiH4196,forכִּ֣יkiH3588My houseבֵיתִ֔יvei.TiH1004will be calledיִקָּרֵ֖אyi.ka.Re'H7121a houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of prayerתְּפִלָּ֥הte.fi.LahH8605for allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the nationsהָעַמִּֽים׃ha.'a.MimH5971.”
8Thus declaresנְאֻם֙ne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069,who gathersמְקַבֵּ֖ץme.ka.BetzH6908the dispersedנִדְחֵ֣יnid.CheiH5080of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478: “I will gatherאֲקַבֵּ֥ץ'a.ka.BetzH6908to themעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921still othersע֛וֹדodH5750besides those already gatheredלְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃le.nik.ba.TzavH6908.”
10Israel’swatchmenצֹפָ֞יוtza.fiuH6822are blindעִוְרִ֤ים'iv.RimH5787,they are allכֻּלָּם֙ku.LamH3605obliviousלֹ֣א יָדָ֔עוּlo' ya.Da.'uH3045H3808;they are allכֻּלָּם֙ku.LamH3605muteאִלְּמִ֔ים'i.le.MimH483dogsכְּלָבִ֣יםke.la.VimH3611,they cannotלֹ֥א יוּכְל֖וּlo' yu.khe.LuH3808H3201barkלִנְבֹּ֑חַlin.Bo.achH5024;they are dreamersהֹזִים֙ho.ZimH1957lying aroundשֹֽׁכְבִ֔יםsho.khe.VimH7901,lovingאֹהֲבֵ֖י'o.ha.VeiH157to slumberלָנֽוּם׃la.NumH5123.
11Like ravenous dogsוְהַכְּלָבִ֣ים עַזֵּי־ נֶ֗פֶשׁve.ha.ke.la.Vim 'a.zei- Ne.feshH3611H5794H5315,they are neverלֹ֤אlo'H3808satisfiedיָֽדְעוּ֙ שָׂבְעָ֔הya.de.'U sa.ve.'AhH3045H7654.Theyוְהֵ֣מָּהve.He.mahH1992are shepherdsרֹעִ֔יםro.'ImH7462withיָדְע֖וּya.de.'UH3045noלֹ֥אlo'H3808discernmentהָבִ֑יןha.VinH995;they allכֻּלָּם֙ku.LamH3605turnפָּנ֔וּpa.NuH6437to their own wayלְדַרְכָּ֣םle.dar.KamH1870,eachמִקָּצֵֽהוּ׃mi.ka.Tze.huH7097oneאִ֥ישׁ'ishH376seeking his own gainלְבִצְע֖וֹle.vitz.'OH1215:
