1This is whatכֹּ֚הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Maintainשִׁמְר֥וּshim.RuH8104justiceמִשְׁפָּ֖טmish.PatH4941and doוַעֲשׂ֣וּva.'a.SuH6213what is rightצְדָקָ֑הtze.da.KahH6666,forכִּֽי־ki-H3588My salvationיְשֽׁוּעָתִי֙ye.shu.'a.TiH3444is comingלָב֔וֹאla.Vo'H935soonקְרוֹבָ֤הke.ro.VahH7138,and My righteousnessוְצִדְקָתִ֖יve.tzid.ka.TiH6666will be revealedלְהִגָּלֽוֹת׃le.hi.ga.LotH1540.
2Blessedאַשְׁרֵ֤י'ash.ReiH835is the manאֱנוֹשׁ֙'e.no.VoshH582who doesיַעֲשֶׂה־ya.'a.seh-H6213thisזֹּ֔אתZotH2063,and the sonוּבֶן־u.ven-H1121of manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120who holds it fastיַחֲזִ֣יקya.cha.ZikH2388,who keepsשֹׁמֵ֤רsho.MerH8104the Sabbathשַׁבָּת֙sha.BatH7676without profaning itמֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹme.cha.le.LoH2490and keepsוְשֹׁמֵ֥רve.sho.MerH8104his handיָד֖וֹya.DoH3027from doingמֵעֲשׂ֥וֹתme.'a.SotH6213anyכָּל־kol-H3605evilרָֽע׃ סRa'H7451.”
3Let noוְאַל־ve.'al-H408foreignerבֶּן־ הַנֵּכָ֗רben- ha.ne.KharH1121H5236who has joined himselfהַנִּלְוָ֤הha.nil.VahH3867toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068sayיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559לֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, “The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068will utterly exclude meH914fromמֵעַ֣לme.'AlH5921His peopleעַמּ֑וֹa.MoH5971.”And let the eunuchהַסָּרִ֔יסha.sa.RisH5631notוְאַל־ve.'al-H408sayיֹאמַר֙yo.MarH559, “Iאֲנִ֖י'a.NiH589am butהֵ֥ןhenH2005a dryיָבֵֽשׁ׃ סya.VeshH3002treeעֵ֥ץ'etzH6086.”
