18Woeה֛וֹיHoH1945to those who drawמֹשְׁכֵ֥יmo.she.KheiH4900iniquityהֶֽעָוֹ֖ןhe.'a.VonH5771with cordsבְּחַבְלֵ֣יbe.chav.LeiH2256of deceitהַשָּׁ֑וְאha.Shav'H7723and pull sin alongחַטָּאָֽה׃cha.ta.'AhH2403with cartהָעֲגָלָ֖הha.'a.ga.LahH5699ropesוְכַעֲב֥וֹתve.kha.'a.VotH5688,

19to those who sayהָאֹמְרִ֗יםha.'o.me.RimH559, “Let Him hurryיְמַהֵ֧ר׀ye.ma.HerH4116and hasten His workיָחִ֛ישָׁה מַעֲשֵׂ֖הוּya.Chi.shah ma.'a.Se.huH4639 H2363so thatלְמַ֣עַןle.Ma.'anH4616we may see itנִרְאֶ֑ה וְתִקְרַ֣בnir.'Eh ve.tik.RavH7200 H7126!Let the planעֲצַ֛ת'a.TzatH6098of the Holyקְד֥וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918One of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478comeוְתָב֗וֹאָהve.ta.Vo.'ahH935so that we may know itוְנֵדָֽעָה׃ סve.ne.Da.'ahH3045!”

21Woeה֖וֹיHoH1945to those who are wiseחֲכָמִ֣יםcha.kha.MimH2450in their own eyesבְּעֵֽינֵיהֶ֑םbe.'ei.nei.HemH5869and cleverנְבֹנִֽים׃ne.vo.NimH995inוְנֶ֥גֶדve.Ne.gedH5048their own sightפְּנֵיהֶ֖םpe.nei.HemH6440.
