2There is no oneאֵין־'ein-H369holyקָד֥וֹשׁka.Do.oshH6918like the LORDכַּיהוָ֖הka.Yah.wehH3068.Indeedכִּ֣יkiH3588, there isno oneאֵ֣ין'einH369besides Youבִּלְתֶּ֑ךָbil.Te.khaH1115!And there is noוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369Rockצ֖וּרtzurH6697like our Godכֵּאלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ke.lo.Hei.nuH430.

3Do notאַל־'al-H408boastתַּרְבּ֤וּ תְדַבְּרוּ֙tar.Bu te.da.be.RuH7235 H1696so proudlyH1364,or let arroganceעָתָ֖ק'a.TakH6277comeיֵצֵ֥אye.Tze'H3318from your mouthמִפִּיכֶ֑םmi.pi.KhemH6310,forכִּ֣יkiH3588the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068is a Godאֵ֤ל'elH410who knowsדֵּעוֹת֙de.'OtH1844,and by HimH3808actionsעֲלִלֽוֹת׃a.li.LotH5949are weighedנִתְכְּנ֖וּnit.ke.NuH8505.

4The bowsקֶ֥שֶׁתKe.shetH7198of the mightyגִּבֹּרִ֖יםgi.bo.RimH1368are brokenחַתִּ֑יםcha.TimH2844,but the feebleוְנִכְשָׁלִ֖יםve.nikh.sha.LimH3782are equippedאָ֥זְרוּ'A.ze.ruH247with strengthחָֽיִל׃Cha.yilH2428.

5The well-fedשְׂבֵעִ֤יםse.ve.'ImH7649hire themselves outנִשְׂכָּ֔רוּnis.Ka.ruH7936for foodבַּלֶּ֙חֶם֙ba.Le.chemH3899,but the starvingוּרְעֵבִ֖יםu.re.'e.VimH7457hunger no moreחָדֵ֑לּוּ עַד־cha.De.lu 'ad-H2308 H5704.The barren womanעֲקָרָה֙'a.ka.RahH6135gives birth toיָלְדָ֣הYal.dahH3205sevenשִׁבְעָ֔הshiv.'AhH7651,but she who has manyוְרַבַּ֥תve.ra.BatH7227sonsבָּנִ֖יםba.NimH1121pines awayאֻמְלָֽלָה׃'um.La.lahH535.

6The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068brings deathמֵמִ֣יתme.MitH4191and gives lifeוּמְחַיֶּ֑הu.me.chai.YehH2421;He bringsמוֹרִ֥ידmo.RidH3381down to Sheolשְׁא֖וֹלshe.'olH7585and raises upוַיָּֽעַל׃vai.Ya.'alH5927.

7The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068sends povertyמוֹרִ֣ישׁmo.RishH3423and wealthוּמַעֲשִׁ֑ירu.ma.'a.ShirH6238;He humblesמַשְׁפִּ֖ילmash.PilH8213andאַף־'af-H637He exaltsמְרוֹמֵֽם׃me.ro.MemH7311.

8He raisesמֵקִ֨יםme.KimH6965the poorדָּ֗לDalH1800from the dustמֵעָפָ֜רme.'a.FarH6083and liftsיָרִ֣יםya.RimH7311the needyאֶבְי֔וֹן'ev.YonH34from the ash heapמֵֽאַשְׁפֹּת֙me.'ash.PotH830.He seatsלְהוֹשִׁיב֙le.ho.ShivH3427themamongעִם־'im-H5973princesנְדִיבִ֔יםne.di.VimH5081and bestows on themיַנְחִלֵ֑םyan.chi.LemH5157a throneוְכִסֵּ֥אve.khi.Se'H3678of honorכָב֖וֹדkha.VodH3519.Forכִּ֤יkiH3588the foundationsמְצֻ֣קֵיme.Tzu.keiH4690of the earthאֶ֔רֶץ'E.retzH776are the LORD’sלַֽיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068,and upon themעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם'a.lei.HemH5921He has setוַיָּ֥שֶׁתvai.Ya.shetH7896the worldתֵּבֵֽל׃te.VelH8398.

9He guardsיִשְׁמֹ֔רyish.MorH8104the stepsרַגְלֵ֤יrag.LeiH7272of His faithful onesחֲסִידָיו֙cha.si.dovH2623,but the wickedוּרְשָׁעִ֖יםu.re.sha.'ImH7563perishיִדָּ֑מּוּyi.Da.muH1826in darknessבַּחֹ֣שֶׁךְba.Cho.shekhH2822;forכִּֽי־ki-H3588by his own strengthבְכֹ֖חַve.Kho.achH3581shall noלֹ֥אlo'H3808manאִֽישׁ׃'IshH376prevailיִגְבַּר־yig.bar-H1396.

10Those who opposeמְרִיבָ֗יוme.ri.vovH7378the LORDיְהוָ֞הYah.wehH3068will be shatteredיֵחַ֣תּוּye.Cha.tuH5181.He will thunderיַרְעֵ֔םyar.'EmH7481from heavenבַּשָּׁמַ֣יִםba.sha.Ma.yimH8064against themעָלָיו֙a.lovH5921.The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068will judgeיָדִ֣יןya.DinH1777the endsאַפְסֵי־'af.sei-H657of the earthאָ֑רֶץ'A.retzH776and will giveוְיִתֶּן־ve.yi.ten-H5414powerעֹ֣ז'ozH5797to His kingלְמַלְכּ֔וֹle.mal.KoH4428.He will exaltוְיָרֵ֖םve.ya.RemH7311the hornקֶ֥רֶןKe.renH7161of His anointedמְשִׁיחֽוֹ׃ פme.shi.ChoH4899.”
