Judges 7:11-22
11and thou shalt hearH8085 what they sayH1696; and afterward shall thy handsH3027 be strengthenedH2388 to goH3381 down into the campH4264. Then wentH3381 he downH3381 with PurahH6513 his servantH5288 unto the outermost part of the armed menH5288 that were in the campH4264. 12And the Midianites and the Amalekites and all the children of the eastH6924 lay along in the valleyH6010 like locustsH697 for multitudeH7230; and their camelsH1581 were without numberH4557, as the sandH2344 which is upon the sea-shore for multitudeH7230. 13And when GideonH1439 was comeH935, behold, there was a manH376 telling a dreamH2472 unto his fellow; and he saidH559, Behold, I dreamedH2492 a dreamH2472; and, lo, a cake of barleyH8184 breadH3899 tumbled into the campH4264 of MidianH4080, and cameH935 unto the tentH168, and smote it so that it fellH5307, and turnedH2015 it upside downH5221, so that the tentH168 lay flat. 14And his fellow answered and saidH559, This is nothingH369 else save the swordH2719 of GideonH1439 the sonH1121 of JoashH3101, a manH376 of IsraelH3478: into his handH3027 GodH430 hath delivered MidianH4080, and all the host.
15And it wasH1961 so, when GideonH1439 heardH8085 the telling of the dreamH2472, and the interpretation thereof, that he worshipped; and he returnedH7725 into the campH4264 of IsraelH3478, and saidH559, AriseH6965; for Jehovah hath delivered into your handH3027 the host of MidianH4080. 16And he dividedH2673 the threeH7969 hundredH3967 menH376 into threeH7969 companiesH7218, and he putH5414 into the handsH3027 of all of them trumpetsH7782, and emptyH7386 pitchers, with torchesH3940 within the pitchers. 17And he saidH559 unto them, Look on me, and do likewise: and, behold, when I comeH935 to the outermost part of the campH4264, it shall beH1961 that, as I do, soH3651 shall ye do. 18WhenH834 I blowH8628 the trumpetH7782, I and all that are with me, then blowH8628 ye the trumpetsH7782 alsoH1571 on every side of all the campH4264, and sayH559, For Jehovah and for GideonH1439.
19So GideonH1439, and the hundredH3967 menH376 that were with him, cameH935 unto the outermost part of the campH4264 in the beginning of the middleH8484 watchH8104, whenH834 they had but newly setH6965 the watchH8104: and they blewH8628 the trumpetsH7782, and brake in pieces the pitchers that were in their handsH3027. 20And the threeH7969 companiesH7218 blewH8628 the trumpetsH7782, and brake the pitchers, and heldH2388 the torchesH3940 in their left handsH3027, and the trumpetsH7782 in their rightH3225 handsH3027 wherewith to blowH8628; and they cried, The swordH2719 of Jehovah and of GideonH1439. 21And they stoodH5975 every manH376 in his placeH8478 roundH5439 about the campH4264; and all the host ranH7323; and they shoutedH7321, and put them to flight. 22And they blewH8628 the threeH7969 hundredH3967 trumpetsH7782, and Jehovah setH7760 every man’sH376 swordH2719 against his fellow, and against all the host; and the host fledH5127 as far as Beth-shittah toward Zererah, as far as the border of Abel-meholahH65, by Tabbath.
