9That thou mayestsayלֵאמֹ֤רle.MorH559to theprisonersלַֽאֲסוּרִים֙la.'a.su.RimH631, Goforthצֵ֔אוּTze.'uH3318; to them that are indarknessבַּחֹ֖שֶׁךְba.Cho.shekhH2822,Showהִגָּל֑וּhi.ga.LuH1540yourselves. They shallfeedיִרְע֔וּyir.'UH7462in thewaysדְּרָכִ֣יםde.ra.KhimH1870, and theirpasturesמַרְעִיתָֽם׃mar.'i.TamH4830shall be in all highplacesשְׁפָיִ֖יםshe.fa.YimH8205.

10They shall nothungerיִרְעָ֙בוּ֙yir.'A.vuH7456northirstיִצְמָ֔אוּyitz.Ma.'uH6770; neither shall theheatשָׁרָ֖בsha.RavH8273norsunוָשָׁ֑מֶשׁva.Sha.meshH8121smiteיַכֵּ֥םya.KemH5221them: for he that hathmercyמְרַחֲמָ֣םme.ra.cha.MamH7355on them shallleadיְנַהֲגֵ֔םye.na.ha.GemH5090them, even by thespringsמַבּ֥וּעֵיma.Bu.'eiH4002ofwaterמַ֖יִםMa.yimH4325shall heguideיְנַהֲלֵֽם׃ye.na.ha.LemH5095them.

12Behold, these shallcomeיָבֹ֑אוּya.Vo.'uH935fromfarמֵרָח֖וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350: and, lo, these from thenorthמִצָּפ֣וֹןmi.tza.FonH6828and from thewestוּמִיָּ֔םu.mi.YamH3220; and these from thelandמֵאֶ֥רֶץme.'E.retzH776ofSinimסִינִֽים׃si.NimH5515.

13Singרָנּ֤וּra.NuH7442, Oheavensשָׁמַ֙יִם֙sha.Ma.yimH8064; and bejoyfulוְגִ֣ילִיve.Gi.liH1523, Oearthאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776; and breakforthוּפִצְח֥וּvuf.tze.chuH6476intosingingרִנָּ֑הri.NahH7440, Omountainsהָרִ֖יםha.RimH2022: for theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068hathcomfortedנִחַ֤םni.ChamH5162hispeopleעַמּ֔וֹa.MoH5971, and will havemercyיְרַחֵֽם׃ סye.ra.ChemH7355upon hisafflictedוַעֲנִיָּ֖וva.'a.ni.YavH6041.

14ButZionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726saidוַתֹּ֥אמֶרva.To.merH559, TheLORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068hathforsakenעֲזָבַ֣נִי'a.za.Va.niH5800me, and myLordוַאדֹנָ֖יva.do.NaiH136hathforgottenשְׁכֵחָֽנִי׃she.khe.Cha.niH7911me.

15Can awomanאִשָּׁה֙'i.ShahH802forgetהֲתִשְׁכַּ֤חha.tish.KachH7911her nursingchildעוּלָ֔הּ'u.LahH5764, that she should not havecompassionמֵרַחֵ֖םme.ra.ChemH7355on thesonבֶּן־ben-H1121of herwombבִּטְנָ֑הּbit.NahH990? yea, they mayforgetתִשְׁכַּ֔חְנָהtish.Kach.nahH7911, yet I will notforgetאֶשְׁכָּחֵֽךְ׃'esh.ka.ChekhH7911thee.

16Behold, I havegravenחַקֹּתִ֑יךְcha.ko.TikhH2710thee upon the palms of myhandsכַּפַּ֖יִםka.Pa.yimH3709; thywallsחוֹמֹתַ֥יִךְcho.mo.Ta.yikhH2346arecontinuallyתָּמִֽיד׃ta.MidH8548before me.

17Thychildrenבָּנָ֑יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121shall makehasteמִֽהֲר֖וּmi.ha.RuH4116; thydestroyersמְהָֽרְסַ֥יִךְme.ha.re.Sa.yikhH2040and they that made theewasteוּמַחֲרִבַ֖יִךְu.ma.cha.ri.Va.yikhH2717shall goforthיֵצֵֽאוּ׃ye.Tze.'uH3318from thee.

18Liftupשְׂאִֽי־se.'i-H5375thyeyesעֵינַ֙יִךְ֙'ei.Na.yikhH5869allaroundסָבִ֤יבsa.VivH5439, andbeholdוּרְאִ֔יu.re.'IH7200: all these gather themselvestogetherנִקְבְּצ֣וּnik.be.TzuH6908, andcomeבָֽאוּ־va.'u-H935to thee. As Iliveחַי־chai-H2416,saithנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, thou shalt surelyclotheתִלְבָּ֔שִׁיtil.Ba.shiH3847thee with them all, as with anornamentכָּעֲדִ֣יka.'a.DiH5716, andbindוּֽתְקַשְּׁרִ֖יםu.te.ka.she.RimH7194them on thee, as abrideכַּכַּלָּֽה׃ka.ka.LahH3618doeth .

19For thywasteחָרְבֹתַ֙יִךְ֙cha.re.vo.Ta.yikhH2723and thy desolateplacesוְשֹׁ֣מְמֹתַ֔יִךְve.Sho.me.mo.Ta.yikhH8074, and thelandוְאֶ֖רֶץve.'E.retzH776of thydestructionהֲרִֽסֻתֵ֑יךְha.ri.su.TeikhH2035, shall even now be toosmallתֵּצְרִ֣יte.tze.RiH3334by reason of theinhabitantsמִיּוֹשֵׁ֔בmi.yo.ShevH3427, and they that swallowed theeupמְבַלְּעָֽיִךְ׃me.va.le.'A.yikhH1104shall be farawayוְרָחֲק֖וּve.ra.cha.KuH7368.
