2And theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068was withJosephיוֹסֵ֔ףyo.SefH3130, and he was aprosperousמַצְלִ֑יחַmatz.Li.achH6743manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376; and he was in thehouseבְּבֵ֥יתbe.VeitH1004of hismasterאֲדֹנָ֖יו'a.do.NavH113theEgyptianהַמִּצְרִֽי׃ha.mitz.RiH4713.

3And hismasterאֲדֹנָ֔יו'a.do.NavH113sawוַיַּ֣רְאvai.Yar'H7200that theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068was with him, and that theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068made all that hedidעֹשֶׂ֔ה'o.SehH6213toprosperמַצְלִ֥יחַmatz.Li.achH6743in hishandבְּיָדֽוֹ׃be.ya.DoH3027.

4AndJosephיוֹסֵ֥ףyo.SefH3130foundוַיִּמְצָ֨אvai.yim.Tza'H4672graceחֵ֛ןchenH2580in hissightבְּעֵינָ֖יוbe.'ei.NavH5869, and heservedוַיְשָׁ֣רֶתvay.Sha.retH8334him: and he made himoverseerוַיַּפְקִדֵ֙הוּ֙vai.yaf.ki.De.huH6485over hishouseבֵּית֔וֹbei.ToH1004, and all that hehadיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426heputנָתַ֥ןna.TanH5414into hishandבְּיָדֽוֹ׃be.ya.DoH3027.

5And it came to pass from thetimeמֵאָז֩me.'AzH227that he had made himoverseerהִפְקִ֨ידhif.KidH6485in hishouseבְּבֵית֗וֹbe.vei.ToH1004, and over all that hehadיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426, that theLORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068blessedוַיְבָ֧רֶךְvay.Va.rekhH1288theEgyptian’sהַמִּצְרִ֖יha.mitz.RiH4713houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004forJoseph’sיוֹסֵ֑ףyo.SefH3130sakeבִּגְלַ֣לbig.LalH1558; and theblessingבִּרְכַּ֤תbir.KatH1293of theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068was on all that hehadיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426in thehouseבַּבַּ֖יִתba.Ba.yitH1004, and in thefieldוּבַשָּׂדֶֽה׃u.va.sa.DehH7704.

6And heleftוַיַּעֲזֹ֣בvai.ya.'a.ZoH5800all that he had inJoseph’sיוֹסֵף֒yo.SefH3130handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027; and he did notconcernיָדַ֤עya.Da'H3045himself with anythingמְא֔וּמָהme.'U.mahH3972he had,exceptאִם־'im-H518thebreadהַלֶּ֖חֶםha.Le.chemH3899which heateאוֹכֵ֑ל'o.KhelH398. 7And it came to passafterאַחַר֙'a.CharH310thesethingsהַדְּבָרִ֣יםha.de.va.RimH1697, that hismaster’sאֲדֹנָ֛יו'a.do.NavH113wifeאֵֽשֶׁת־'e.shet-H802castוַתִּשָּׂ֧אva.ti.Sa'H5375hereyesעֵינֶ֖יהָ'ei.Nei.haH5869uponJosephיוֹסֵ֑ףyo.SefH3130; and shesaidוַתֹּ֖אמֶרva.To.merH559,Lieשִׁכְבָ֥הshikh.VahH7901with me.

8But herefusedוַיְמָאֵ֓ן׀vay.ma.'EnH3985, andsaidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559to hismaster’sאֲדֹנָ֔יו'a.do.NavH113wifeאֵ֣שֶׁת'E.shetH802, Behold, mymasterאֲדֹנִ֔י'a.do.NiH113knowethיָדַ֥עya.Da'H3045not what is with me in thehouseבַּבָּ֑יִתba.Ba.yitH1004, and he hathcommittedנָתַ֥ןna.TanH5414all that hehathיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426to myhandבְּיָדִֽי׃be.ya.DiH3027;

11And it came to pass about thistimeכְּהַיּ֣וֹםke.hai.YomH3117, that Josephwentוַיָּבֹ֥אvai.ya.Vo'H935into thehouseH1004todoלַעֲשׂ֣וֹתla.'a.SotH6213hisworkמְלַאכְתּ֑וֹme.lakh.ToH4399; and there was none of themenאִ֜ישׁ מֵאַנְשֵׁ֥י'ish me.'an.SheiH376 H582of thehouseH1004there within.

22And thekeeperשַׂ֤רsarH8269of theprisonבֵּית־ הַסֹּ֙הַר֙beit- ha.So.harH1004 H5470committedוַיִּתֵּ֞ןvai.yi.TenH5414toJoseph’sיוֹסֵ֔ףyo.SefH3130handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027all theprisonersהָ֣אֲסִירִ֔םha.'a.si.RimH615that were in theprisonבְּבֵ֣ית הַסֹּ֑הַרbe.Veit ha.So.harH1004 H5470; and whatever theydidעֹשִׂים֙'o.SimH6213there, wasdoneעֹשֶֽׂה׃'o.SehH6213by him.
