22For mypeopleעַמִּ֗י'a.MiH5971isfoolishאֱוִ֣יל'e.VilH191, theyknowיָדָ֔עוּya.Da.'uH3045meH995notלֹ֣אlo'H3808; they are sottishchildrenבָּנִ֤יםba.NimH1121, and they havenoneוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808understandingנְבוֹנִ֖יםne.vo.NimH995: they arewiseחֲכָמִ֥יםcha.kha.MimH2450todoH3190evilלְהָרַ֔עle.ha.Ra'H7489, but todoH3190goodוּלְהֵיטִ֖יבu.le.hei.TivH3190they havenoלֹ֥אlo'H3808knowledgeיָדָֽעוּ׃ya.Da.'uH3045.

23I beheld theearthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776, and,loוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009, it waswasteתֹ֖הוּTo.huH8414andvoidוָבֹ֑הוּva.Vo.huH922; and theheavensהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064, and they hadnoוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369lightאוֹרָֽם׃'o.RamH216.

24I beheld themountainsהֶֽהָרִ֔יםhe.ha.RimH2022, and,loוְהִנֵּ֖הve.hi.NehH2009, they trembled, andallוְכָל־ve.kholH3605thehillsהַגְּבָע֖וֹתha.ge.va.'otH1389movedH7043to andfroH7043.

25I beheld, and,loוְהִנֵּ֖הve.hi.NehH2009, there wasnoאֵ֣ין'einH369manהָאָדָ֑םha.'a.DamH120, andallוְכָל־ve.kholH3605thebirdsע֥וֹףofH5775of theheavensהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064werefledנָדָֽדוּ׃na.Da.duH5074.

26I beheld, and,loוְהִנֵּ֥הve.hi.NehH2009, thefruitfulH3759fieldH3759was awildernessהַמִּדְבָּ֑רha.mid.BarH4057, andallוְכָל־ve.kholH3605thecitiesעָרָ֗יו'a.RavH5892thereof werebrokenH5422downנִתְּצוּ֙ni.te.TzuH5422at thepresenceמִפְּנֵ֣יmi.pe.NeiH6440of theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, andbeforeמִפְּנֵ֖יmi.pe.NeiH6440hisfierceחֲר֥וֹןcha.RonH2740angerאַפּֽוֹ׃ ס'a.PoH639.

27Forthusכֹה֙khohH3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, ThewholeH3605landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776shall be adesolationשְׁמָמָ֥הshe.ma.MahH8077; yet will Inotלֹ֥אlo'H3808makeאֶעֱשֶֽׂה׃'e.'e.SehH6213afullH3605endוְכָלָ֖הve.kha.LahH3617.

28For this shall theearthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776mournתֶּאֱבַ֣לte.'e.ValH56, and theheavensהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064aboveH5921beblackוְקָדְר֥וּve.ka.de.RuH6937:becauseכִּי־ki-H3588I havespokenדִבַּ֙רְתִּי֙di.Bar.tiH1696it, I havepurposedזַמֹּ֔תִיza.Mo.tiH2161it, and I havenotוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808repentedנִחַ֖מְתִּיni.Cham.tiH5162,neitherוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808will Iturnאָשׁ֥וּב'a.ShuvH7725backH7725from it.
