3And I willappointוּפָקַדְתִּ֨יu.fa.kad.TiH6485over themfourאַרְבַּ֤ע'ar.Ba'H702kindsH929, saith theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068: theswordהַחֶ֣רֶבha.Che.revH2719toslayלַֽהֲרֹ֔גla.ha.RogH2026, and thedogsהַכְּלָבִ֖יםha.ke.la.VimH3611to tear, and the fowls of theheavenהַשָּׁמַ֛יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064, and thebeastsH929of theearthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776, todevourלֶאֱכֹ֥לle.'e.KholH398and todestroyוּלְהַשְׁחִֽית׃u.le.hash.ChitH7843.

5For who shall havepityיַחְמֹ֤לyach.MolH2550uponעָלַ֙יִךְ֙'a.La.yikhH5921thee, OJerusalemיְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔םye.Ru.sha.LimH3389? or who shall bemoan thee? or who shallturnיָס֔וּרya.SurH5493asideH5493toaskלִשְׁאֹ֥לlish.'OlH7592of thywelfareלְשָׁלֹ֖םle.sha.LomH7965?

6Thou hast rejectedmeH5921, saith theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, thou art gonebackwardאָח֣וֹר'a.ChorH268: therefore have Istretchedוָאַ֨טva.'AtH5186outH5186myhandיָדִ֤יya.DiH3027againstH5921thee, anddestroyedוָֽאַשְׁחִיתֵ֔ךְva.'ash.chi.TekhH7843thee; I amwearyנִלְאֵ֖יתִיnil.'Ei.tiH3811with repenting.

11TheLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saidאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559, Verily I will strengthen thee forgoodלְט֑וֹבle.TovH2896; verily I will cause theenemyהָאֹיֵֽב׃ha.'o.YevH341tomakeH6293supplicationH6293unto thee in the time ofevilרָעָ֛הra.'AhH7451and in the time of affliction.
