26And they laded their asses with their corn, and departed thence.

27And as one of themopenedוַיִּפְתַּ֨חvai.yif.TachH6605hissackאַמְתַּחְתּֽוֹ׃'am.tach.ToH572togiveלָתֵ֥תla.TetH5414his ass provender in thelodgingבַּמָּל֑וֹןba.ma.LonH4411placeH5414, he espied hismoneyכַּסְפּ֔וֹkas.PoH3701; and,beholdוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009, it was in themouthבְּפִ֥יbe.FiH6310of hissackH572.

28And hesaidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto hisbrethrenאֶחָיו֙'e.ChavH251, Mymoneyכַּסְפִּ֔יkas.PiH3701isrestoredH7725; and,loהִנֵּ֣הhi.NehH2009, it isevenוְגַ֖םve.GamH1571in mysackבְאַמְתַּחְתִּ֑יve.'am.tach.TiH572: and theirheartלִבָּ֗םli.BamH3820failedוַיֵּצֵ֣אvai.ye.Tze'H3318them, and theyturnedH7725tremblingוַיֶּֽחֶרְד֞וּvai.ye.cher.DuH2729one toanotherאָחִיו֙'a.ChivH251,sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559,Whatמַה־mah-H4100is this thatGodאֱלֹהִ֖ים'E.lo.HimH430hathdoneעָשָׂ֥ה'a.SahH6213untousH413?

29And theycameוַיָּבֹ֛אוּvai.ya.Vo.'uH935untoJacobיַעֲקֹ֥בya.'a.KoH3290theirfatherאֲבִיהֶ֖ם'a.vi.HemH1unto thelandאַ֣רְצָה'Ar.tzahH776ofCanaanכְּנָ֑עַןke.Na.'anH3667, andtoldוַיַּגִּ֣ידוּvai.ya.Gi.duH5046himallכָּל־kol-H3605that had befallen them;sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

30Themanהָאִ֨ישׁha.'IshH376, thelordאֲדֹנֵ֥י'a.do.NeiH113of thelandהָאָ֛רֶץha.'A.retzH776, spake roughly withusH5414, andtookH853usH5414forspiesכִּֽמְרַגְּלִ֖יםkim.ra.ge.LimH7270of thecountryהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.

31AndweH587saidH559unto him,WeH587aretrueכֵּנִ֣יםke.NimH3651menH559;weH587arenoלֹ֥אlo'H3808spiesמְרַגְּלִֽים׃me.ra.ge.LimH7270:

32weאֲנַ֛חְנוּ'a.Nach.nuH587betwelveעָשָׂ֥ר'a.SarH6240brethrenאַחִ֖ים'a.ChimH251,sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of ourfatherאָבִ֑ינוּ'a.Vi.nuH1; one isnotאֵינֶ֔נּוּ'ei.Ne.nuH369, and theyoungestוְהַקָּטֹ֥ןve.ha.ka.TonH6996is thisdayהַיּ֛וֹםhai.YomH3117with ourfatherאָבִ֖ינוּ'a.Vi.nuH1in thelandבְּאֶ֥רֶץbe.'E.retzH776ofCanaanכְּנָֽעַן׃ke.Na.'anH3667.

33And themanהָאִישׁ֙ha.'IshH376, thelordאֲדֹנֵ֣י'a.do.NeiH113of thelandהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559untousH413, Hereby shall Iknowאֵדַ֔ע'e.Da'H3045that ye aretrueכֵנִ֖יםkhe.NimH3651menH376;leaveH3240one of yourbrethrenאֲחִיכֶ֤ם'a.chi.KhemH251withmeH413, andtakeקְח֥וּke.ChuH3947corn for thefamineרַעֲב֥וֹןra.'a.VonH7459of yourhousesבָּתֵּיכֶ֖םba.tei.KhemH1004, andgoH3240yourwayבְּזֹ֣אתbe.ZotH2063:

35And itcameH1961topassH1961as they emptied theirsacksשַׂקֵּיהֶ֔םsa.kei.HemH8242, that,beholdוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,everyH376man’sאִ֥ישׁ'ishH376bundle ofmoneyכַּסְפּ֖וֹkas.PoH3701was in hissackבְּשַׂקּ֑וֹbe.sa.KoH8242: and when they and theirfatherוַאֲבִיהֶ֖םva.'a.vi.HemH1sawוַיִּרְא֞וּvai.yir.'UH7200their bundles ofmoneyכַּסְפֵּיהֶ֛םkas.pei.HemH3701, they wereafraidוַיִּירָֽאוּ׃vai.yi.Ra.'uH3372.
