4And prepareוְהָכִ֥ינוּve.hi.ko.nuH3559yourselvesby the housesלְבֵית־le.veit-H1004of your fathersאֲבוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם'a.vo.tei.KhemH1,after your coursesכְּמַחְלְקוֹתֵיכֶ֑םke.mach.le.ko.tei.ChemH4256,according to the writingבִּכְתָ֗בbikh.TavH3791of Davidדָּוִיד֙da.VidH1732kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and according to the writingוּבְמִכְתַּ֖בu.ve.mikh.TavH4385of Solomonשְׁלֹמֹ֥הshe.lo.MohH8010his sonבְנֽוֹ׃ve.NoH1121.

5And stand inוְעִמְד֣וּve.'im.DuH5975the holyבַקֹּ֗דֶשׁva.Ko.deshH6944placeaccording to the divisionsלִפְלֻגּוֹת֙lif.lu.goyTH6391of the familiesבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of the fathersהָֽאָב֔וֹתha.'a.VotH1of your brethrenלַאֲחֵיכֶ֖םla.'a.chei.KhemH251the peopleבְּנֵ֣י הָעָ֑םbe.Nei ha.'AmH5971 H1121, and afterthe divisionוַחֲלֻקַּ֥תva.cha.lu.KatH2515of the familiesבֵּֽית־ אָ֖בbeit- 'avH1004 H1of the Levitesלַלְוִיִּֽם׃lal.vi.YimH3881.

6So killוְשַׁחֲט֖וּve.sha.cha.TuH7819the passoverהַפָּ֑סַחha.Pa.sachH6453,and sanctifyוְהִתְקַדְּשׁוּ֙ve.hit.ka.de.ShuH6942yourselves, and prepareוְהָכִ֣ינוּve.ha.Khi.nuH3559your brethrenלַאֲחֵיכֶ֔םla.'a.chei.KhemH251, that theymay doלַעֲשׂ֥וֹתla.'a.SotH6213according to the wordכִּדְבַר־kid.var-H1697of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068by the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃ פmo.ShehH4872.

7And Josiahיֹאשִׁיָּ֣הוּyo.shi.Ya.huH2977gaveוַיָּ֣רֶםvai.Ya.remH7311to the peopleלִבְנֵ֪י הָעָ֟םliv.Nei ha.'AmH5971 H1121,of the flockצֹ֞אןtzonH6629,lambsכְּבָשִׂ֣יםke.va.SimH3532and kidsוּבְנֵֽי־ עִזִּים֮u.ve.nei- 'i.ZimH5795 H1121,all for the passover offeringsלַפְּסָחִים֒la.pe.sa.ChimH6453,for all that were presentהַנִּמְצָ֗אha.nim.Tza'H4672,to the numberלְמִסְפַּר֙le.mis.ParH4557of thirtyשְׁלֹשִׁ֣יםshe.lo.ShimH7970thousandאֶ֔לֶף'E.lefH505,and threeשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁתshe.Lo.shetH7969thousandאֲלָפִ֑ים'a.la.FimH505bullocksוּבָקָ֖רu.va.KarH1241: these wereof the king’sהַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ סha.Me.lekhH4428substanceמֵרְכ֥וּשׁme.re.KhushH7399.

10So the serviceהָעֲבוֹדָ֑הha.'a.vo.DahH5656was preparedוַתִּכּ֖וֹןva.ti.KonH3559,and the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֧יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548stoodוַיַּֽעַמְד֨וּvai.ya.'am.DuH5975in their placeעָמְדָ֛ם'a.me.DamH5977,and the Levitesוְהַלְוִיִּ֥םve.hal.vi.YimH3881in their coursesמַחְלְקוֹתָ֖םmach.le.ko.TamH4256,according to the king’sהַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ha.Me.lekhH4428commandmentכְּמִצְוַ֥תke.mitz.VatH4687.

11And they killedוַֽיִּשְׁחֲט֖וּvai.yish.cha.TuH7819the passoverהַפָּ֑סַחha.Pa.sachH6453,and the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִים֙ha.ko.ha.NimH3548sprinkledוַיִּזְרְק֤וּvai.yiz.re.KuH2236the bloodfrom their handsמִיָּדָ֔םmi.ya.DamH3027,and the Levitesוְהַלְוִיִּ֖םve.hal.vi.YimH3881flayedמַפְשִׁיטִֽים׃maf.shi.TimH6584them.
