2 Chronicles 12:2-9

21And it cameH1961 aboutH1961 in KingH4428 Rehoboam’sH7346 fifthH2549 yearH8141, becauseH3588 they had beenH4603 unfaithfulH4603 to the LordH3068, that 2ShishakH7895 kingH4428 of EgyptH4714 cameH5927 upH5927 againstH5921 JerusalemH3389 3with 1,200H505H3967 chariotsH7393 and sixtyH8346 thousandH505 horsemenH6571. And the peopleH5971 whoH834 cameH935 with him from EgyptH4714 were innumerableH369H4557: 3the LubimH3864, the SukkiimH5525, and the EthiopiansH3569. 4And he capturedH3920 4the fortifiedH4694 citiesH5892 of JudahH3063 and cameH935 as farH5704 as JerusalemH3389. 5Then 5ShemaiahH8098 the prophetH5030 cameH935 to RehoboamH7346 and the princesH8269 of JudahH3063 whoH834 had gatheredH622 at JerusalemH3389 becauseH4480H6440 of ShishakH7895, and he saidH559 to them, “ThisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH3068 saysH559: ‘6You have abandonedH5800 Me, so I alsoH637 have abandonedH5800 you 7to ShishakH7895.’” 6So the princesH8269 of IsraelH3478 and the kingH4428 humbledH3665 themselves and saidH559, “The 8LordH3068 is righteousH6662.”

7When the LordH3068 sawH7200 that they had humbledH3665 themselves, the wordH1697 of the LordH3068 cameH1961 to ShemaiahH8098, sayingH559, “9They have humbledH3665 themselves, so I will not destroyH7843 them; and I will grantH5414 them a littleH4592 deliveranceH6413, and 10My wrathH2534 will not be pouredH5413 outH5413 on JerusalemH3389 by meansH3027 of ShishakH7895. 8But they will becomeH1961 his slavesH5650, so 11that they may learnH3045 the difference between My serviceH5656 and the serviceH5656 of the kingdomsH4467 of the countriesH776.”

912So ShishakH7895 kingH4428 of EgyptH4714 wentH5927 upH5927 againstH5921 JerusalemH3389, and he tookH3947 the treasuresH214 of the houseH1004 of the LordH3068 and the treasuresH214 of the king’sH4428 palaceH1004. He tookH3947 everythingH3605; 13he even tookH3947 the goldH2091 shieldsH4043 whichH834 SolomonH8010 had madeH6213.
