Chronicles 12:2-9
And it came to pass, that in the fifthH2549 yearH8141 of kingH4428 RehoboamH7346 ShishakH7895 kingH4428 of EgyptH4714 came upH5927 against JerusalemH3389, because they had transgressedH4603 against the LORDH3068,
With twelve hundredH3967H505 chariotsH7393, and sixtyH8346 thousandH505 horsemenH6571: and the peopleH5971 were without numberH4557 that cameH935 with him out of EgyptH4714; the LubimsH3864, the SukkiimsH5525, and the CushitesH3569.
And he tookH3920 the fortifiedH4694 citiesH5892 which pertained to JudahH3063, and cameH935 to JerusalemH3389.
Then cameH935 ShemaiahH8098 the prophetH5030 to RehoboamH7346, and to the princesH8269 of JudahH3063, that were gathered togetherH622 at JerusalemH3389 becauseH6440 of ShishakH7895, and saidH559 to them, Thus saithH559 the LORDH3068, Ye have forsakenH5800 me, and therefore have I alsoH637 leftH5800 you in the handH3027 of ShishakH7895.
Upon which the princesH8269 of IsraelH3478 and the kingH4428 humbledH3665 themselves; and they saidH559, The LORDH3068 is righteousH6662.
And when the LORDH3068 sawH7200 that they humbledH3665 themselves, the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068 came to ShemaiahH8098, sayingH559, They have humbledH3665 themselves; therefore I will not destroyH7843 them, but I will grantH5414 them someH4592 deliveranceH6413; and my wrathH2534 shall not be poured outH5413 upon JerusalemH3389 by the handH3027 of ShishakH7895.1
Nevertheless they shall be his servantsH5650; that they may knowH3045 my serviceH5656, and the serviceH5656 of the kingdomsH4467 of the countriesH776.
So ShishakH7895 kingH4428 of EgyptH4714 came upH5927 against JerusalemH3389, and took awayH3947 the treasuresH214 of the houseH1004 of the LORDH3068, and the treasuresH214 of the king’sH4428 houseH1004; he tookH3947 all: he carried awayH3947 also the shieldsH4043 of goldH2091 which SolomonH8010 had madeH6213.
