1Then the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635cameוַיְהִ֛יvay.HiH1961,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

2“The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֤הkohH3541: ‘I amH7065exceedinglyגְדוֹלָ֑הge.do.LahH1419jealousקִנֵּ֥אתִיki.Ne.tiH7065for Zionלְצִיּ֖וֹןle.tzi.YonH6726,yes, with greatגְדוֹלָ֖הge.do.LahH1419wrathוְחֵמָ֥הve.che.MahH2534I amH7065jealousקִנֵּ֥אתִיki.Ne.tiH7065for her.’

3The Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֚הkohH3541: ‘I will returnשַׁ֚בְתִּיShav.tiH7725to Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726anddwellוְשָׁכַנְתִּ֖יve.sha.khan.TiH7931in the midstבְּת֣וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389.Then Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ye.ru.sha.LimH3389will be calledוְנִקְרְאָ֤הve.nik.re.'AhH7121the Cityעִ֣יר־'Ir-H5892ofTruthהָֽאֱמֶ֔תha.'e.MetH571,and the mountainוְהַר־ve.har-H2022of the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635will be calledthe Holyהַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ סha.Ko.deshH6944Mountainהַ֥רharH2022.’

4The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֤הkohH3541: ‘Oldזְקֵנִ֣יםze.ke.NimH2205menH2205and oldוּזְקֵנ֔וֹתu.ze.ke.NotH2205womenH2205will againעֹ֤ד'odH5750sitיֵֽשְׁבוּ֙ye.she.VuH3427in the publicH7339squaresH7339of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,eachH376personH376with his staffמִשְׁעַנְתּ֛וֹmish.'an.ToH4938in his handבְּיָד֖וֹbe.ya.DoH3027becauseH4480ofageמֵרֹ֥ב יָמִֽים׃me.Ro ya.MimH7230 H3117.

5And the publicH7339squaresH7339of the cityהָעִיר֙ha.'IrH5892will be filledיִמָּ֣לְא֔וּyi.Mal.'UH4390withboysיְלָדִ֖יםye.la.DimH3206and girlsוִֽילָד֑וֹתvi.la.DotH3207playingמְשַׂחֲקִ֖יםme.sa.cha.KimH7832in its squaresH7339.’

6The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֤הkohH3541: ‘Ifכִּ֣יkiH3588it isH6381tooH6381difficultיִפָּלֵ֗אyi.pa.Le'H6381in the sightבְּעֵינֵי֙be.'ei.NeiH5869of the remnantשְׁאֵרִית֙she.'e.RitH7611of thisהַזֶּ֔הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֣םha.'AmH5971in thoseהָהֵ֑םha.HemH1992daysבַּיָּמִ֖יםbai.ya.MimH3117,will it alsoגַּם־gam-H1571beH6381tooH6381difficultיִפָּלֵ֔אyi.pa.Le'H6381in My sightבְּעֵינַי֙be.'ei.NaiH5869?’declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָאֽוֹת׃ פtze.va.'otH6635.

7The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֤הkohH3541: ‘BeholdH2009,I am going to saveמוֹשִׁ֛יעַmo.Shi.a'H3467My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971from the landמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776of theeastמִזְרָ֑חmiz.RachH4217and from the landוּמֵאֶ֖רֶץu.me.'E.retzH776of thewestמְב֥וֹא הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃me.Vo' ha.Sha.meshH3996 H8121;

8and I willbringוְהֵבֵאתִ֣יve.he.ve.TiH935them back and they willliveוְשָׁכְנ֖וּve.sha.khe.NuH7931in the midstבְּת֣וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389; and they shall beMy peopleלְעָ֗םle.'AmH5971,and I will be their Godלֵֽאלֹהִ֔יםle.lo.HimH430intruthבֶּאֱמֶ֖תbe.'e.MetH571and righteousnessוּבִצְדָקָֽה׃ סu.vitz.da.KahH6666.’

10For beforeלִפְנֵי֙lif.NeiH6440thoseהָהֵ֔םha.HemH1992daysהַיָּמִ֣יםhai.ya.MimH3117there wasnoלֹ֣אlo'H3808wageשְׂכַ֤רse.KharH7939for manהָֽאָדָם֙ha.'a.DamH120norH369any wageוּשְׂכַ֥רu.se.KharH7939for animalהַבְּהֵמָ֖הha.be.he.MahH929;and for him who wentH3318outH3318or cameH935inH935thereH369wasH369noH369peaceשָׁלוֹם֙sha.lOmH7965becauseמִן־min-H4480ofhis enemiesהַצָּ֔רha.TzarH6862, and Isentוַאֲשַׁלַּ֥חva.'a.sha.LachH7971allכָּל־kol-H3605the peopleהָאָדָ֖םha.'a.DamH120against oneאִ֥ישׁ'ishH376anotherבְּרֵעֵֽהוּ׃be.re.'E.huH7453.

11But nowוְעַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH6258I will nottreat the remnantלִשְׁאֵרִ֖יתlish.'e.RitH7611of thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֣םha.'AmH5971as in the formerהָרִֽאשֹׁנִים֙ha.ri.sho.NimH7223daysכַיָּמִ֤יםkhai.ya.MimH3117,’declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָאֽוֹת׃tze.va.'otH6635.

12‘For there will bethe seedזֶ֣רַעZe.ra'H2233of peaceהַשָּׁל֗וֹםha.sha.LomH7965:the vineהַגֶּ֜פֶןha.Ge.fenH1612will yieldתִּתֵּ֤ןti.TenH5414its fruitפִּרְיָהּ֙pir.YahH6529,the landוְהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ve.ha.'A.retzH776will yieldתִּתֵּ֣ןti.TenH5414its produceיְבוּלָ֔הּye.vu.LahH2981,and the heavensוְהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםve.ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064will provideיִתְּנ֣וּyi.te.NuH5414theirdewטַלָּ֑םta.LamH2919;and I will giveוְהִנְחַלְתִּ֗יve.hin.chal.TiH5157to the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֛יתshe.'e.RitH7611of thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971allכָּל־kol-H3605theseאֵֽלֶּה׃'E.lehH428thingsasH5157anH5157inheritanceH5157.

13And it will comeוְהָיָ֡הve.ha.YahH1961aboutהֱיִיתֶ֨םhe.yi.TemH1961that justH3512asH3512you were acurseקְלָלָ֜הke.la.LahH7045among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִ֗םba.go.YimH1471,houseבֵּ֤יתbeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063and houseוּבֵ֣יתu.VeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,soכֵּ֚ןkenH3651I will saveאוֹשִׁ֣יעַ'o.Shi.a'H3467you that you may becomeוִהְיִיתֶ֖םvih.yi.TemH1961ablessingבְּרָכָ֑הbe.ra.KhahH1293.Do not fearתִּירָ֖אוּti.Ra.'uH3372; let yourhandsיְדֵיכֶֽם׃ סye.dei.KhemH3027be strongתֶּחֱזַ֥קְנָהte.che.Zak.nahH2388.’
