2And he saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Whatמָ֥הmahH4100do you seeרֹאֶ֑הro.'EhH7200?”And I saidוָאֹמַ֗רva.'o.MarH559, “I seeרֹאֶה֙ro.'EhH7200a flyingעָפָ֔ה'a.FahH5774scrollמְגִלָּ֣הme.gi.LahH4039;its lengthאָרְכָּהּ֙'a.re.KahH753istwentyעֶשְׂרִ֣ים'es.RimH6242cubitsבָּֽאַמָּ֔הba.'a.MahH520,and its widthוְרָחְבָּ֖הּve.ra.che.BahH7341tenעֶ֥שֶׂר'E.serH6235cubitsבָּאַמָּֽה׃ba.'a.MahH520.”
3Then he saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “ThisH2088is thecurseהָֽאָלָ֔הha.'a.LahH423that is goingH3318forthהַיּוֹצֵ֖אתhai.yo.TzetH3318overעַל־'al-H5921the faceפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440of the entireכָל־khol-H3605landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776;everyoneכָל־khol-H3605whostealsהַגֹּנֵ֗בha.go.NevH1589certainlyכִּ֣יkiH3588will be purgedנִקָּ֔הni.KahH5352away according tothe writing on oneH2088sideH2088,and everyoneוְכָל־ve.kholH3605whoswearsהַנִּ֨שְׁבָּ֔עha.Nish.Ba'H7650falselywill be purgedנִקָּֽה׃ni.KahH5352away according tothe writing on the other sideH2088.
4I willmake it goH3318forthהוֹצֵאתִ֗יהָho.tze.Ti.haH3318,”declaresנְאֻם֙ne.'UmH5002the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, “and it willenterוּבָ֙אָה֙u.Va.'ahH935the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of thethiefהַגַּנָּ֔בha.ga.NavH1590and the houseבֵּ֛יתbeitH1004of the one who swearsהַנִּשְׁבָּ֥עha.nish.Ba'H7650falselyלַשָּׁ֑קֶרla.Sha.kerH8267by My nameבִּשְׁמִ֖יbish.MiH8034;and it will spendH3885theH3885nightH3885withinבְּת֣וֹךְbe.TokhH8432that houseבֵּית֔וֹbei.ToH1004anddestroyוְכִלַּ֖תּוּve.khil.La.tuH3615it with its timberעֵצָ֥יו'e.TzavH6086and stonesאֲבָנָֽיו׃'a.va.NavH68.”
5Thenthe angelהַמַּלְאָ֖ךְha.mal.'AkhH4397who had been speakingהַדֹּבֵ֣רha.do.VerH1696with me wentH3318outH3318and saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Nowנָ֤אna'H4994raiseשָׂ֣אsa'H5375your eyesעֵינֶ֙יךָ֙'ei.Nei.khaH5869and seeוּרְאֵ֔הu.re.'EhH7200whatמָ֖הmahH4100thisH2088is that is goingH3318forthH3318.”
6And I saidוָאֹמַ֖רva.'o.MarH559, “Whatמַה־mah-H4100is it?” Then he saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “ThisH2088is theephahהָֽאֵיפָה֙ha.'ei.FahH374goingH3318forthהַיּוֹצֵ֔אתhai.yo.TzetH3318.”Again he saidוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “ThisH2088is theirappearanceעֵינָ֖ם'ei.NamH5869in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605thelandהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.
8Then he saidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559, “ThisH2088isWickednessהָרִשְׁעָ֔הha.rish.'AhH7564!”And he thrustוַיַּשְׁלֵ֥ךְvai.yash.LekhH7993her into the middleתּ֣וֹךְTokhH8432of the ephahהָֽאֵיפָ֑הha.'ei.FahH374and threwוַיַּשְׁלֵ֛ךְvai.yash.LekhH7993the leadהָעֹפֶ֖רֶתha.'o.Fe.retH5777weightאֶ֥בֶן'E.venH68on itsopeningפִּֽיהָ׃ סPi.haH6310.
9Then I raisedH5375my eyesעֵינַ֜י'ei.NaiH5869and lookedוָאֵ֗רֶאva.'E.re'H7200,and there twoשְׁתַּ֨יִםshe.Ta.yimH8147womenנָשִׁ֤יםna.ShimH802were comingH3318outH3318with the windוְר֣וּחַve.Ru.achH7307in their wingsבְּכַנְפֵיהֶ֔םbe.khan.fei.HemH3671;and they had wingsכְנָפַ֖יִםkhe.na.Fa.yimH3671like the wingsכְּכַנְפֵ֣יke.khan.FeiH3671of thestorkהַחֲסִידָ֑הha.cha.si.DahH2624,and they liftedH5375upH5375the ephahהָ֣אֵיפָ֔הha.'ei.FahH374betweenH996the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776and the heavensהַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064.
11Then he saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “To buildלִבְנֽוֹת־Liv.not-H1129atempleבַ֖יִתVa.yitH1004for her in the landבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776ofShinarשִׁנְעָ֑רshin.'ArH8152;and when it is preparedוְהוּכַ֛ןve.hu.KhanH3559,she will be setוְהֻנִּ֥יחָהve.hu.Ni.chahH5117thereשָּׁ֖םshamH8033on her own pedestalH4350.”
