14So the angelהַמַּלְאָךְ֙ha.mal.'oKhH4397who was speakingהַדֹּבֵ֣רha.do.VerH1696with me saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Proclaimקְרָ֣אke.Ra'H7121,sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, ‘ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559: “I amH7065exceedinglyגְדוֹלָֽה׃ge.do.LahH1419jealousקִנֵּ֧אתִיki.Ne.tiH7065for Jerusalemלִירוּשָׁלִַ֛םli.ru.sha.LimH3389and Zionוּלְצִיּ֖וֹןu.le.tzi.YonH6726.

15But I amH7107veryוְקֶ֤צֶף גָּדוֹל֙ve.Ke.tzef ga.dOlH1419 H7110angryקֹצֵ֔ףko.TzefH7107with the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471who arecarefreeהַשַּֽׁאֲנַנִּ֑יםha.sha.'a.na.NimH7600;for while I wasH7107onlya littleמְּעָ֔טme.'AtH4592angryקָצַ֣פְתִּיka.Tzaf.tiH7107, theyfurtheredעָזְר֥וּ'a.ze.RuH5826the disasterH7463.”

16Thereforeלָכֵ֞ןla.KhenH3651the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559thisכֹּֽה־koh-H3541: “I willreturnשַׁ֤בְתִּיShav.tiH7725to Jerusalemלִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙li.ru.sha.LimH3389with compassionבְּֽרַחֲמִ֔יםbe.ra.cha.MimH7356; Myhouseבֵּיתִי֙bei.TiH1004will be builtיִבָּ֣נֶהyi.Ba.nehH1129in it,” declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, “and a measuringH6957lineH6957will be stretchedיִנָּטֶ֖הyi.na.TehH5186overעַל־'al-H5921Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.”’

17Againע֣וֹד׀odH5750,proclaimקְרָ֣אke.Ra'H7121,sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, ‘ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “Mycitiesעָרַ֖י'a.RaiH5892will againע֛וֹדodH5750overflowתְּפוּצֶ֥ינָהte.fu.Tzei.nahH6327with prosperityמִטּ֑וֹבmi.TovH2896,and the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068will againעוֹד֙'OdH5750comfortוְנִחַ֨םve.ni.ChamH5162Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726and againע֖וֹדodH5750chooseוּבָחַ֥רu.va.CharH977Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ סbi.ru.sha.LimH3389.”’”
