Jeremiah 31:10-17
10HearH8085 the wordH1697 of the LordH3068, O nationsH1471, And declareH5046 in the 1coastlandsH339 afarH4801 offH4801, And sayH559, “He who scatteredH2219 IsraelH3478 will 2gatherH6908 him And keepH8104 him as a 3shepherdH7462 keeps his flockH5739.”11For the LordH3068 has 4ransomedH6299 JacobH3290 And redeemedH1350 him from the handH3027 of him whoH2389 was 5strongerH2389 thanH4480 he.12“They will 6comeH935 and shoutH7442 for joyH7442 on the 7heightH4791 of ZionH6726, And they will be 8radiantH5102 overH413 the 9bountyH2898 of the LordH3068-- OverH5921 the 10grainH1715 and the newH8492 wineH8492 and the oilH3323, And overH5921 the youngH1121 of the 11flockH6629 and the herdH1241; And their lifeH5315 will be like a 12wateredH7302 gardenH1588, And they will 13neverH3808H5750 languishH1669 againH3254.13ThenH227 the virginH1330 will rejoiceH8055 in the 14danceH4234, And the youngH970 menH970 and the oldH2205, togetherH3164, For I will 15turnH2015 their mourningH60 into joyH8342 And will comfortH5162 them and giveH8055 them 16joyH8055 for their sorrowH3015.14I will 17fillH7301 the soulH5315 of the priestsH3548 with 18abundanceH1880, And My peopleH5971 will be 19satisfiedH7646 with My goodnessH2898,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068.
15ThusH3541 saysH559 the LordH3068, “20A voiceH6963 is heardH8085 in 21RamahH7414, LamentationH5092 and bitterH8563 weepingH1065. RachelH7354 is weepingH1065 for her childrenH1121; She 22refusesH3985 to be comfortedH5162 for her childrenH1121, BecauseH3588 23they are noH369 moreH369.” 16ThusH3541 saysH559 the LordH3068, “24RestrainH4513 your voiceH6963 from weepingH1065 And your eyesH5869 from tearsH1832; For your 25workH6468 will be rewardedH7939,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068, “And they will 26returnH7725 from the landH776 of the enemyH340.17ThereH3426 is 27hopeH8615 for your futureH319,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068, “And your childrenH1121 will returnH7725 to their own territoryH1366.
