1 Peter 2:11-16
111BelovedG27, 2I urgeG3870 you as 3aliensG3941 and strangersG3927 to abstainG568 from 4fleshlyG4559 lustsG1939 whichG3748 wageG4754 5warG4754 againstG2596 the soulG5590. 126KeepG2192 your behaviorG391 excellentG2570 amongG1722 the GentilesG1484, soG2443 that in the thing in whichG3739 they 7slanderG2635 you as evildoersG2555, they may 8becauseG1537 of your goodG2570 deedsG2041, as they observeG2029 them, 9glorifyG1392 GodG2316 10in the dayG2250 of 11visitationG1984.
1312SubmitG5293 yourselves for the Lord’sG2962 sakeG1223 to everyG3956 humanG442 institutionG2937, whetherG1535 to a kingG935 as the one in authorityG5242, 14orG1535 to governorsG2232 as sentG3992 13by him 14for the punishmentG1557 of evildoersG2555 and the 15praiseG1868 of those who doG15 rightG15. 15For 1617suchG3779 is the willG2307 of GodG2316 that by doingG15 rightG15 you may 18silenceG5392 the ignoranceG56 of foolishG878 menG444. 16Act as 19freeG1658 menG1658, and 20do not useG2192 your freedomG1657 as a coveringG1942 for evilG2549, but use it as 21bondslavesG1401 of GodG2316.
