14And nowוְעַתָּ֕הve.'a.TahH6258,beholdH2009,I am goingהוֹלֵ֖ךְho.LekhH1980to my peopleלְעַמִּ֑יle.'a.MiH5971;comeלְכָה֙le.KhahH1980, andI will adviseאִיעָ֣צְךָ֔'i.'A.tze.khaH3289you whatאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834thisהַזֶּ֛הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971will doיַעֲשֶׂ֜הya.'a.SehH6213to your peopleלְעַמְּךָ֖le.'a.me.KhaH5971in thedaysהַיָּמִֽים׃hai.ya.MimH3117to comeבְּאַחֲרִ֥יתbe.'a.cha.RitH319.”

15He tookוַיִּשָּׂ֥אvai.yi.Sa'H5375up his discourseמְשָׁל֖וֹme.sha.LoH4912and saidוַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559, “The oracleנְאֻ֤םne.'UmH5002of Balaamבִּלְעָם֙bil.'AmH1109the sonבְּנ֣וֹbe.NoH1121of Beorבְעֹ֔רve.'OrH1160,And the oracleוּנְאֻ֥םu.ne.'UmH5002of the manהַגֶּ֖בֶרha.Ge.verH1397whose eyeהָעָֽיִן׃ha.'A.yinH5869is openedשְׁתֻ֥םshe.TumH8365,

16The oracleנְאֻ֗םne.'UmH5002of him who hearsשֹׁמֵ֙עַ֙sho.Me.a'H8085thewordsאִמְרֵי־'im.rei-H561of Godאֵ֔ל'ElH410,And knowsוְיֹדֵ֖עַve.yo.De.a'H3045the knowledgeדַּ֣עַתDa.'atH1847of theMostעֶלְי֑וֹןel.YonH5945HighH5945,Who seesיֶֽחֱזֶ֔הye.che.ZehH2372the visionמַחֲזֵ֤הma.cha.ZehH4236ofthe Almightyשַׁדַּי֙sha.DaiH7706,FallingH5307downנֹפֵ֖לno.FelH5307,yet having his eyesעֵינָֽיִם׃'ei.Na.yimH5869uncoveredוּגְל֥וּיu.ge.LuiH1540.

17I seeאֶרְאֶ֙נּוּ֙'er.'E.nuH7200him, but not nowעַתָּ֔ה'a.TahH6258;I beholdאֲשׁוּרֶ֖נּוּ'a.shu.Re.nuH7789him, but not nearקָר֑וֹבka.RovH7138;A starכּוֹכָ֜בko.KhavH3556shall comeדָּרַ֨ךְda.RakhH1869forth from Jacobמִֽיַּעֲקֹ֗בmi.ya.'a.KoH3290,A scepterשֵׁ֙בֶט֙she.vetH7626shall riseוְקָ֥םve.KamH6965from Israelמִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֔לmi.Yis.ra.'ElH3478,And shall crushH4272throughH4272theforeheadפַּאֲתֵ֣יpa.'a.TeiH6285of Moabמוֹאָ֔בmo.'AvH4124, AndtearH7175downH7175allכָּל־kol-H3605the sonsבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121ofShethשֵֽׁת׃ShetH8352.

18EdomH112shall be a possessionH3423,Seirשֵׂעִ֖ירse.'IrH8165,its enemiesH340,also will be a possessionH3423,While Israelוְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לve.Yis.ra.'ElH3478performsעֹ֥שֶׂה'O.sehH6213valiantlyחָֽיִל׃Cha.yilH2428.

19One from Jacobמִֽיַּעֲקֹ֑בmi.ya.'a.KoH3290shall haveH7287dominionH7287,And will destroyוְהֶֽאֱבִ֥ידve.he.'e.VidH6the remnantשָׂרִ֖ידsa.RidH8300from the cityמֵעִֽיר׃me.'IrH5892.”

20And he lookedוַיַּרְא֙vai.yaR'H7200at Amalekעֲמָלֵ֔ק'a.ma.LekH6002and tookוַיִּשָּׂ֥אvai.yi.Sa'H5375up his discourseמְשָׁל֖וֹme.sha.LoH4912and saidוַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559, “Amalekעֲמָלֵ֔ק'a.ma.LekH6002was the firstרֵאשִׁ֤יתre.ShitH7225of the nationsגּוֹיִם֙go.YimH1471,But his endוְאַחֲרִית֖וֹve.'a.cha.ri.ToH319shall bedestructionאֹבֵֽד׃'o.VedH8.”

21And he lookedוַיַּרְא֙vai.yaR'H7200at theKeniteהַקֵּינִ֔יha.kei.NiH7017,and tookוַיִּשָּׂ֥אvai.yi.Sa'H5375up his discourseמְשָׁל֖וֹme.sha.LoH4912and saidוַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559, “Your dwellingמֽוֹשָׁבֶ֔ךָmo.sha.Ve.khaH4186placeH4186is enduringאֵיתָן֙'ei.TanH386,And your nestקִנֶּֽךָ׃ki.Ne.chaH7064is setוְשִׂ֥יםve.SimH7760in the cliffבַּסֶּ֖לַעba.Se.la'H5553.

22Neverthelessכִּ֥י אִם־ki 'im-H3588 H518Kainקָ֑יִןKa.yinH7014will be consumedלְבָ֣עֵֽרle.Va.'erH1197;Howמָ֖הmahH4100longעַד־'ad-H5704willAsshurאַשּׁ֥וּר'a.ShurH804keepתִּשְׁבֶּֽךָּ׃tish.Be.kaH7617you captiveH7628?”

23Then he tookוַיִּשָּׂ֥אvai.yi.Sa'H5375up his discourseמְשָׁל֖וֹme.sha.LoH4912and saidוַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559, “Alasא֕וֹי'oH188,whoמִ֥יmiH4310can liveיִחְיֶ֖הyich.YehH2421except Godאֵֽל׃'ElH410has ordainedמִשֻּׂמ֥וֹmi.su.MoH7760it?

24But shipsוְצִים֙ve.TzimH6716shall comefrom the coastמִיַּ֣דmi.YadH3027ofKittimכִּתִּ֔יםki.TimH3794,And they shall afflictוְעִנּ֥וּve.'i.NuH6031Asshurאַשּׁ֖וּר'a.ShurH804and will afflictוְעִנּוּ־ve.'i.nu-H6031Eberעֵ֑בֶר'E.verH5677;So they alsoוְגַם־ve.gam-H1571will cometo destructionאֹבֵֽד׃'o.VedH8.”
