Psalms 138
A Psalm of David.
1I will giveH3034 thee thanksH3034 with my whole heartH3820:Before the godsH430 will I singH2167 praisesH2167 unto thee.2I will worship toward thy holyH6944 templeH1964,And giveH3034 thanksH3034 unto thy nameH8034 for thy lovingkindness and for thy truthH571:For thou hast magnifiedH1431 thy wordH565 above all thy nameH8034.3In the dayH3117 that I calledH7121 thou answeredst me,Thou didst encourage me with strengthH5797 in my soulH5315.4All the kingsH4428 of the earthH776 shall giveH3034 thee thanksH3034, O Jehovah,For they have heardH8085 the wordsH561 of thy mouthH6310.5Yea, they shall singH7891 of the waysH1870 of Jehovah; For greatH1419 is the gloryH3519 of Jehovah.6For though Jehovah is highH1364, yet hath he respect unto the lowlyH8217;But the haughtyH7311 he knoweth from afar.7Though I walk in the midstH7130 of troubleH6869, thou wilt revive me;Thou wilt stretchH7971 forthH7971 thy handH3027 against the wrath of mine enemiesH341,And thy rightH3225 handH3027 will saveH3467 me.8Jehovah will perfect that which concerneth me:Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, endureth for everH5769;Forsake not the worksH4639 of thine own handsH3027.
