Psalms 138
A Psalm of David.
1I will praiseH3034 thee with my whole heartH3820: before the godsH430 will I sing praiseH2167 to thee. 2I will worshipH7812 toward thy holyH6944 templeH1964, and praiseH3034 thy nameH8034 for thy lovingkindnessH2617 and for thy truthH571: for thou hast magnifiedH1431 thy wordH565 above all thy nameH8034. 3In the dayH3117 when I criedH7121 thou didst answerH6030 me, and strengthenH7292 me with strengthH5797 in my soulH5315. 4All the kingsH4428 of the earthH776 shall praiseH3034 thee, O LORDH3068, when they hearH8085 the wordsH561 of thy mouthH6310. 5Yea, they shall singH7891 in the waysH1870 of the LORDH3068: for greatH1419 is the gloryH3519 of the LORDH3068.
6Though the LORDH3068ishighH7311, yet hath he respectH7200 to the lowlyH8217: but the proudH1364 he knowethH3045 afar offH4801. 7Though I walkH3212 in the midstH7130 of troubleH6869, thou wilt reviveH2421 me: thou shalt stretch forthH7971 thy handH3027 against the wrathH639 of my enemiesH341, and thy right handH3225 shall saveH3467 me. 8The LORDH3068 will perfectH1584 that which concerneth me: thy mercyH2617, O LORDH3068, endureth for everH5769: forsakeH7503 not the worksH4639 of thy own handsH3027.
