For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David; to bring to remembrance.
1MakeH2142 haste, O God, to deliver me;MakeH2142 haste to help me, O Jehovah.2Let them be put to shame and confoundedThat seek after my soul:Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonorThat delight in my hurt.3Let them be turnedH5472 backH268 by reason of their shameH954That say, Aha, aha.4Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee; And let such as love thy salvation sayH559 continually,Let God be magnified.5But I am poor and needy;MakeH8055 haste unto me, O GodH430:Thou art my help and my deliverer;O Jehovah, makeH8055 no tarrying.
