Judges 16:23-30
23And the lords of the PhilistinesH6430 gatheredH622 them together to offerH2076 a greatH1419 sacrificeH2077 unto DagonH1712 their godH430, and to rejoice; for they saidH559, Our godH430 hath delivered SamsonH8123 our enemyH341 into our handH3027. 24And when the peopleH5971 sawH7200 him, they praisedH1984 their godH430; for they saidH559, Our godH430 hath delivered into our handH3027 our enemyH341, and the destroyer of our country, who hath slainH2491 manyH7235 of us. 25And it came to pass, when their heartsH3820 wereH1961 merry, that they saidH559, CallH7121 for SamsonH8123, that he may make us sport. And they calledH7121 for SamsonH8123 out of the prison-house; and he made sport before them. And they setH5975 him between the pillarsH5982: 26and SamsonH8123 saidH559 unto the ladH5288 that heldH2388 him by the handH3027, Suffer me that I may feel the pillarsH5982 whereupon the houseH1004 resteth, that I may leanH8172 upon them. 27Now the houseH1004 was fullH4390 of menH376 and womenH802; and all the lords of the PhilistinesH6430 were there; and there were upon the roofH1406 about threeH7969 thousandH505 menH376 and womenH802, that beheld while SamsonH8123 made sport.
28And SamsonH8123 calledH7121 unto Jehovah, and saidH559, O Lord Jehovah, rememberH2142 me, I pray thee, and strengthenH2388 me, I pray thee, onlyH389 this once, O GodH430, that I may be at once avengedH5358 of the PhilistinesH6430 for my twoH8147 eyesH5869. 29And SamsonH8123 took hold of the twoH8147 middleH8432 pillarsH5982 upon which the houseH1004 rested, and leanedH5564 upon them, the oneH259 with his rightH3225 handH3225, and the other with his left. 30And SamsonH8123 saidH559, Let me dieH4191 with the PhilistinesH6430. And he bowed himself with all his might; and the houseH1004 fellH5307 upon the lords, and upon all the peopleH5971 that were therein. So the deadH4191 that he slew at his deathH4191 were more than they that he slew in his lifeH5315.
