Judges 16:17-21
17And he toldH5046 her all his heartH3820, and saidH559 unto her, There hath not come a razor upon my headH7218; for I have beenH1961 a NaziriteH5139 unto GodH430 from my mother’sH517 wombH990: if I beH1961 shaven, then my strengthH3581 will goH5927 from me, and I shall becomeH1961 weak, and beH1961 like any other manH120.
18And when DelilahH1807 sawH7200 that he had toldH5046 her all his heartH3820, she sentH7971 and calledH7121 for the lords of the PhilistinesH6430, sayingH559, ComeH5927 up this once, for he hath toldH5046 me all his heartH3820. Then the lords of the PhilistinesH6430 cameH5927 up unto her, and broughtH5927 the moneyH3701 in their handH3027. 19And she made him sleepH3462 upon her knees; and she calledH7121 for a manH376, and shavedH1548 off the sevenH7651 locks of his headH7218; and she beganH2490 to afflictH6031 him, and his strengthH3581 went from him. 20And she saidH559, The PhilistinesH6430 are upon thee, SamsonH8123. And he awokeH3364 out of his sleepH8142, and saidH559, I will goH3318 out as at other timesH6471, and shakeH5287 myself free. But he knewH3045 not that Jehovah was departed from him. 21And the PhilistinesH6430 laid holdH270 on him, and put out his eyesH5869; and they broughtH3381 him downH3381 to GazaH5804, and boundH631 him with fettersH5178 of brass; and he did grindH2912 in the prison-house.
