6Then the PhilistinesH6430 saidH559, Who hath done this? And they saidH559, SamsonH8123, the son-in-law of the Timnite, because he hath takenH3947 his wifeH802, and givenH5414 her to his companionH4828. And the PhilistinesH6430 cameH5927 up, and burnt her and her fatherH1 with fireH784. 7And SamsonH8123 saidH559 unto them, If ye do after this manner, surely I will be avengedH5358 of you, and after that I will ceaseH2308. 8And he smote them hip and thighH3409 with a greatH1419 slaughterH4347: and he wentH3381 downH3381 and dweltH3427 in the cleftH5585 of the rockH5553 of EtamH5862.
