5Speakאֱמֹר֙'e.MorH559to all thepeopleעַ֣ם'amH5971of thelandהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776, and to thepriestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, When yefastedצַמְתֶּ֨םtzam.TemH6684andmournedוְסָפ֜וֹדve.sa.FodH5594in thefifthבַּחֲמִישִׁ֣יba.cha.mi.ShiH2549andseventhוּבַשְּׁבִיעִ֗יu.va.she.vi.'IH7637month, even thoseseventyשִׁבְעִ֣יםshiv.'ImH7657yearsשָׁנָ֔הsha.NahH8141, did ye atallהֲצ֥וֹםha.TzomH6684fastצַמְתֻּ֖נִיtzam.Tu.niH6684to me, even to me?

13Therefore it is come to pass, that as hecriedקָרָ֖אka.Ra'H7121, and they would nothearשָׁמֵ֑עוּsha.Me.'uH8085; so theycriedיִקְרְאוּ֙yik.re.'UH7121, and I would nothearאֶשְׁמָ֔ע'esh.Ma'H8085,saithאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559theLORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068ofhostsצְבָאֽוֹת׃tze.va.'otH6635:

14But I scattered them with awhirlwindוְאֵ֣סָעֲרֵ֗םve.'E.sa.'a.RemH5590among all thenationsהַגּוֹיִם֙ha.go.YimH1471whom theyknewיְדָע֔וּםye.da.'UmH3045not.
