5And themanוְהָאִ֣ישׁve.ha.'IshH376Micahמִיכָ֔הmi.KhahH4318had anhouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofgodsאֱלֹהִ֑ים'E.lo.HimH430, and hemadeוַיַּ֤עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213anephodאֵפוֹד֙'e.fOdH646, andteraphimוּתְרָפִ֔יםu.te.ra.FimH8655, and consecrated one of hissonsמִבָּנָ֔יוmi.ba.NavH1121, whobecameוַיְהִי־vay.hi-H1961hispriestלְכֹהֵֽן׃le.kho.HenH3548.

6InthoseH376daysבַּיָּמִ֣יםbai.ya.MimH3117there wasnoאֵ֥ין'einH369kingמֶ֖לֶךְMe.lekhH4428inIsraelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לbe.Yis.ra.'ElH3478:everyH376manH376didיַעֲשֶֽׂה׃ פya.'a.SehH6213thatwhichH5869wasrightהַיָּשָׁ֥רhai.ya.SharH3477in hisownH376eyesH5869.

7And there was ayoungנַ֗עַרNa.'arH5288manH5288outשָֽׁם׃ShamH8033of Beth-lehem-judah, of thefamilyמִמִּשְׁפַּ֖חַתmi.mish.Pa.chatH4940ofJudahH3063, who was aLeviteלֵוִ֖יle.ViH3881, and he sojourned there.

8And themanהָאִ֜ישׁha.'IshH376departedH935outH4672of thecityמֵהָעִ֗ירme.ha.'IrH5892,outH4672of Beth-lehem-judah, to sojournwhereבַּאֲשֶׁ֣רba.'a.SherH834hecouldH376findיִמְצָ֑אyim.Tza'H4672aplaceH1004: and hecameH935to thehillהַר־har-H2022countryH2022ofEphraimאֶפְרַ֛יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669to thehouseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004ofMicahמִיכָ֖הmi.KhahH4318, as he journeyed.

9AndMicahמִיכָ֖הmi.KhahH4318saidוַיֹּאמֶר־vai.yo.mer-H559unto him, Whence comest thou? And hesaidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him, I am aLeviteלֵוִ֣יle.ViH3881of Beth-lehem-judah, and Igoהֹלֵ֔ךְho.LekhH1980to sojournwhereבַּאֲשֶׁ֥רba.'a.SherH834I mayfindאֶמְצָֽא׃'em.Tza'H4672aplaceתָּב֑וֹאta.Vo'H935.

10AndMicahמִיכָ֜הmi.KhahH4318saidוַיֹּאמֶר֩vai.yo.MerH559unto him,Dwellשְׁבָ֣הshe.VahH3427withmeH5414, and be untomeH5414afatherלְאָ֣בle.'AvH1and apriestוּלְכֹהֵן֒u.le.kho.HenH3548, and I willgiveאֶֽתֶּן־'e.ten-H5414theetenעֲשֶׂ֤רֶת'a.Se.retH6235pieces ofsilverכֶּ֙סֶף֙ke.sefH3701by theyearלַיָּמִ֔יםlai.ya.MimH3117, and asuitוְעֵ֥רֶךְve.'E.rekhH6187of apparel, and thy victuals.SoH1961theLeviteהַלֵּוִֽי׃ha.le.ViH3881wentH1961in.

11And theLeviteהַלֵּוִ֖יha.le.ViH3881was content todwellלָשֶׁ֣בֶתla.She.vetH3427with themanהָאִ֑ישׁha.'IshH376; and theyoungהַנַּ֙עַר֙ha.Na.'arH5288manH376was unto him as one of hissonsמִבָּנָֽיו׃mi.ba.NavH1121.

12AndMicahמִיכָה֙mi.KhahH4318consecrated theLeviteהַלֵּוִ֔יha.le.ViH3881, and theyoungהַנַּ֖עַרha.Na.'arH5288manH5288becameH1961hispriestלְכֹהֵ֑ןle.kho.HenH3548, and was in thehouseבְּבֵ֥יתbe.VeitH1004ofMicahמִיכָֽה׃mi.KhahH4318.
