2and heliftוַיִּשָּׂ֤אvai.yi.Sa'H5375upH5375hiseyesעֵינָיו֙'ei.NavH5869andlookedוַיַּ֔רְאvai.Yar'H7200, and,loוְהִנֵּה֙ve.hi.NehH2009,threeשְׁלֹשָׁ֣הshe.lo.ShahH7969menH376stoodנִצָּבִ֖יםni.tza.VimH5324overagainstעָלָ֑יו'a.LavH5921him: and when hesawוַיַּ֗רְאvai.Yar'H7200them, heranוַיָּ֤רָץvai.Ya.rotzH7323tomeetH7125them from thetentהָאֹ֔הֶלha.'O.helH168doorמִפֶּ֣תַחmi.Pe.tachH6607, andbowedוַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּvai.yish.Ta.chuH7812himselfH7812to theearthאָֽרְצָה׃'A.re.tzahH776,

3andsaidוַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559, Mylordאֲדֹנָ֗י'a.do.NaiH113,ifאִם־'im-H518nowנָ֨אna'H4994I havefoundמָצָ֤אתִיma.Tza.tiH4672favour in thysightבְּעֵינֶ֔יךָbe.'ei.Nei.khaH5869,passתַעֲבֹ֖רta.'a.VorH5674notאַל־'al-H408awayH5674, Iprayנָ֥אna'H4994thee, from thyservantעַבְדֶּֽךָ׃'av.De.khaH5650:

4letH4994nowH4994alittleמְעַט־me.'at-H4592waterמַ֔יִםMa.yimH4325be fetched, andwashוְרַחֲצ֖וּve.ra.cha.TzuH7364yourfeetרַגְלֵיכֶ֑םrag.lei.KhemH7272, andrestוְהִֽשָּׁעֲנ֖וּve.hi.sha.'a.NuH8172yourselvesunderתַּ֥חַתTa.chatH8478thetreeהָעֵֽץ׃ha.'EtzH6086:

5and I will fetch amorselפַת־fat-H6595ofbreadלֶ֜חֶםLe.chemH3899, and comfort ye yourheartלִבְּכֶם֙li.be.KhemH3820;afterאַחַ֣ר'a.CharH310that ye shallpassH5674on: forasmuch as ye are come to yourservantעַבְדְּכֶ֑ם'av.de.KhemH5650. 7AndAbrahamאַבְרָהָ֑ם'av.ra.HamH85ranרָ֣ץratzH7323unto theherdהַבָּקָ֖רha.ba.KarH1241, and fetched acalfבָּקָ֜רba.KarH1241tenderרַ֤ךְrakhH7390andgoodוָטוֹב֙va.tOvH2896, andgaveוַיִּתֵּ֣ןvai.yi.TenH5414it unto theservantהַנַּ֔עַרha.Na.'arH5288; and he hasted to dress it.

8And hetookוַיִּקַּ֨חvai.yi.KachH3947butterחֶמְאָ֜הchem.'AhH2529, andmilkוְחָלָ֗בve.cha.LavH2461, and thecalfהַבָּקָר֙ha.ba.KarH1241whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834he had dressed, andsetוַיִּתֵּ֖ןvai.yi.TenH5414itbeforeלִפְנֵיהֶ֑םlif.nei.HemH6440them; and hestoodעֹמֵ֧ד'o.MedH5975by themunderתַּ֥חַתTa.chatH8478thetreeהָעֵ֖ץha.'EtzH6086, and theydidעָשָׂ֔ה'a.SahH6213eatוַיֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃vai.yo.Khe.luH398.

9And theysaidוַיֹּאמְר֣וּvai.yo.me.RuH559unto him,Whereאַיֵּ֖ה'ai.YehH346isSarahשָׂרָ֣הsa.RahH8283thywifeאִשְׁתֶּ֑ךָ'ish.Te.khaH802? And hesaidוַיֹּ֖אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,Beholdהִנֵּ֥הhi.NehH2009, in thetentבָאֹֽהֶל׃va.'O.helH168.

10And hesaidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, I willcertainlyH2009returnH7725unto thee when theseasonכָּעֵ֣תka.'EtH6256cometh round; and,loH2009,Sarahלְשָׂרָ֣הle.sa.RahH8283thywifeאִשְׁתֶּ֑ךָ'ish.Te.khaH802shall have asonבֵ֖ןvenH1121. AndSarahוְשָׂרָ֥הve.sa.RahH8283heardשֹׁמַ֛עַתsho.Ma.'atH8085in thetentהָאֹ֖הֶלha.'O.helH168doorפֶּ֥תַחPe.tachH6607,whichוְה֥וּאve.Hu'H1931wasbehindאַחֲרָֽיו׃'a.cha.RavH310him.

11NowH1961Abrahamוְאַבְרָהָ֤םve.'av.ra.HamH85andSarahוְשָׂרָה֙ve.sa.RahH8283wereoldזְקֵנִ֔יםze.ke.NimH2205, and well stricken inageבַּיָּמִ֑יםbai.ya.MimH3117; it hadceasedחָדַל֙cha.DalH2308to be withSarahלְשָׂרָ֔הle.sa.RahH8283afterH1961the manner ofwomenכַּנָּשִֽׁים׃ka.na.ShimH802.

12AndSarahשָׂרָ֖הsa.RahH8283laughedוַתִּצְחַ֥קva.titz.ChakH6711withinH7130herselfH7130,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,Afterאַחֲרֵ֤י'a.cha.ReiH310I am waxedoldזָקֵֽן׃za.KenH2204shall I have pleasure, mylordוַֽאדֹנִ֖יva.do.NiH113beingהָֽיְתָה־ha.ye.tah-H1961oldH2204also?

13And theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559untoAbrahamאַבְרָהָ֑ם'av.ra.HamH85, Whereforedidלָ֣מָּהLa.mahH4100Sarahשָׂרָ֜הsa.RahH8283laughצָחֲקָ֨הtza.cha.KahH6711,sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, Shall I of a suretybearאֵלֵ֖ד'e.LedH3205achildH3205,whichזֶּה֩zehH2088amoldזָקַֽנְתִּי׃za.Kan.tiH2204?

14Is anythingדָּבָ֑רda.VarH1697tooהֲיִפָּלֵ֥אha.yi.pa.Le'H6381hardH6381for theLORDמֵיְהוָ֖הme.Yah.wehH3068? At thesetH7725time I willreturnאָשׁ֥וּב'a.ShuvH7725unto thee, when theseasonכָּעֵ֥תka.'EtH6256cometh round, andSarahוּלְשָׂרָ֥הu.le.sa.RahH8283shall have asonבֵֽן׃VenH1121.

15ThenSarahשָׂרָ֧ה׀sa.RahH8283deniedוַתְּכַחֵ֨שׁva.te.kha.CheshH3584,sayingלֵאמֹ֛רle.MorH559, Ilaughedצָחַ֖קְתִּיtza.Chak.tiH6711notH3808; forsheH3588wasafraidיָרֵ֑אָהya.Re.'ahH3372. And hesaidוַיֹּ֥אמֶר׀vai.Yo.merH559, Nay; but thou didstlaughצָחָֽקְתְּ׃tza.Cha.ketH6711.

16And themenH376roseH6965upH6965from thence, andlookedוַיַּשְׁקִ֖פוּvai.yash.Ki.fuH8259towardעַל־'al-H5921Sodomסְדֹ֑םse.DomH5467: andAbrahamוְאַ֨בְרָהָ֔םve.'Av.ra.HamH85wentH1980with them tobringH1980them on thewayH1980.
