10To whom shall I speakאֲדַבְּרָ֤ה'a.da.be.RahH1696,and give warningוְאָעִ֙ידָה֙ve.'a.'I.dahH5749,that they may hearוְיִשְׁמָ֔עוּve.yish.Ma.'uH8085?behold, their earאָזְנָ֔ם'a.ze.NamH241isuncircumcisedעֲרֵלָ֣ה'a.re.LahH6189,and they cannotיוּכְל֖וּyu.khe.LuH3201hearkenלְהַקְשִׁ֑יבle.hak.ShivH7181:behold, the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of Yhwhיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068is unto them a reproachלְחֶרְפָּ֖הle.cher.PahH2781;they have no delightיַחְפְּצוּ־yach.pe.tzu-H2654in it.

11Therefore I am fullמְלֵ֥אme.Le'H4392of the furyחֲמַ֨תcha.MatH2534of Yhwhיְהוָ֤ה׀Yah.wehH3068;I am wearyנִלְאֵ֣יתִיnil.'Ei.tiH3811with holding inהָכִ֔ילha.KhilH3557:I will pour it outשְׁפֹ֤ךְshe.FokhH8210upon the childrenעוֹלָל֙o.LalH5768abroadבַּח֔וּץba.ChutzH2351,and upon the assemblyס֥וֹדSodH5475of young menבַּחוּרִ֖יםba.chu.RimH970togetherיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162:for even the husbandאִ֤ישׁ'ishH376with the wifeאִשָּׁה֙'i.ShahH802shall be takenיִלָּכֵ֔דוּyi.la.Khe.duH3920,the agedזָקֵ֖ןza.KenH2205with him that isfullמָלֵ֙אתִי֙ma.Le.tiH4390of daysיָמִֽים׃ya.MimH3117.

12And their housesבָֽתֵּיהֶם֙va.tei.HemH1004shall be turnedוְנָסַ֤בּוּve.na.Sa.buH5437unto othersלַאֲחֵרִ֔יםla.'a.che.RimH312, with theirfieldsשָׂד֥וֹתsa.DotH7704and wivesוְנָשִׁ֖יםve.na.ShimH802togetherיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162:for I will stretch outאַטֶּ֧ה'a.TehH5186my handיָדִ֛יya.DiH3027upon the inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֥יyo.she.VeiH3427of the landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776,saithנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002Yhwhיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

13For from the leastמִקְּטַנָּם֙mi.ke.ta.NamH6996of them even unto the greatestגְּדוֹלָ֔םge.do.LamH1419of them every one isgivenבּוֹצֵ֣עַbo.Tze.a'H1214to covetousnessבָּ֑צַעBa.tza'H1215;and from the prophetוּמִנָּבִיא֙u.mi.na.Vi'H5030even unto the priestכֹּהֵ֔ןko.HenH3548every one dealethעֹ֥שֶׂה'O.sehH6213falselyשָּֽׁקֶר׃Sha.kerH8267.

14They have healedוַֽיְרַפְּא֞וּvay.ra.pe.'UH7495also the hurtשֶׁ֤בֶרShe.verH7667of the daughterH1323of my peopleעַמִּי֙'a.MiH5971slightlyנְקַלָּ֔הne.ka.LahH7043,sayingלֵאמֹ֖רle.MorH559,Peaceשָׁל֣וֹם׀sha.LomH7965,peaceשָׁל֑וֹםsha.LomH7965; when there isno peaceשָׁלֽוֹם׃sha.LomH7965.

15Were they ashamedH3001when they had committedעָשׂ֑וּ'a.SuH6213abominationתוֹעֵבָ֖הto.'e.VahH8441?nayגַּם־gam-H1571,they were not at allH954ashamedH954,neitherגַּם־gam-H1571couldיָדָ֔עוּya.Da.'uH3045they blushהַכְלִים֙hakh.LimH3637:therefore they shall fallיִפְּל֧וּyi.pe.LuH5307among them that fallבַנֹּפְלִ֛יםva.no.fe.LimH5307:at the timeבְּעֵת־be.'et-H6256thatI visitפְּקַדְתִּ֥יםpe.kad.TimH6485them they shall be cast downיִכָּשְׁל֖וּyi.ka.she.LuH3782,saithאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

16Thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָ֡הYah.wehH3068,Standעִמְדוּ֩'im.DuH5975ye in the waysדְּרָכִ֨יםde.ra.KhimH1870,and seeוּרְא֜וּu.re.'UH7200,and askוְשַׁאֲל֣וּ׀ve.sha.'a.LuH7592for the oldעוֹלָ֗םo.LamH5769pathsלִנְתִב֣וֹתlin.ti.VotH5410, where isthe goodהַטּוֹב֙ha.tOvH2896wayדֶ֤רֶךְDe.rekhH1870,and walkH3212therein, and ye shall findוּמִצְא֥וּu.mitz.'UH4672restמַרְגּ֖וֹעַmar.Go.a'H4771for your soulsלְנַפְשְׁכֶ֑םle.naf.she.KhemH5315.But they saidוַיֹּאמְר֖וּvai.yo.me.RuH559,We will not walkH3212therein.

17Also I setוַהֲקִמֹתִ֤יva.ha.ki.mo.TiH6965watchmenצֹפִ֔יםtzo.FimH6822over you, saying,Hearkenהַקְשִׁ֖יבוּhak.Shi.vuH7181to the soundלְק֣וֹלle.KolH6963of the trumpetשׁוֹפָ֑רsho.FarH7782.But they saidוַיֹּאמְר֖וּvai.yo.me.RuH559,We will not hearkenנַקְשִֽׁיב׃nak.ShivH7181.
