18For 5the wrathG3709 of GodG2316 is revealedG601 from heavenG3772 againstG1909 allG3956 ungodlinessG763 and unrighteousnessG93 of peopleG444 who 6suppressG2722 the truthG225 7in unrighteousnessG93, 19becauseG1360 8that whichG1110 isG1110 knownG1110 about GodG2316 is evidentG5318 9withinG1722 them; for GodG2316 madeG5319 it evidentG5319 to them. 20For 10sinceG575 the creationG2937 of the worldG2889 His invisibleG517 attributes, that is, His eternalG126 powerG1411 and divineG2305 natureG2305, have been clearlyG2529 perceivedG2529, 11being understoodG3539 by whatG4161 hasG4161 beenG4161 madeG4161, soG1519 thatG1519 they are withoutG379 excuseG379. 21For even though they knewG1097 GodG2316, they did not 12honorG1392 Him as GodG2316 orG2228 giveG2168 thanksG2168, but they becameG3154 13futileG3154 in their reasoningsG1261, and their senselessG801 heartsG2588 were darkenedG4654.
