Jeremiah 42:16-18
16then the 1swordH2719, of whichH834 you are afraidH3372, will overtakeH5381 you thereH8033 in the landH776 of EgyptH4714; and the famineH7458, about whichH834 you areH1672 anxiousH1672, will followH1692 closelyH1692 afterH310 you thereH8033 in EgyptH4714, and you will dieH4191 thereH8033. 17So allH3605 the peopleH376 whoH834 setH7760 their 2mindsH6440 to goH935 to EgyptH4714 to resideH1481 thereH8033 will dieH4191 by the 3swordH2719, by famineH7458, or by plagueH1698; and they will 4haveH1961 noH3808 refugeesH8300 or survivorsH6412 from the disasterH7463 that I am going to bringH935 on them.”’”
18For thisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478 saysH559: “As My 5angerH639 and wrathH2534 have gushedH5413 outH5413 on the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389, soH3651 My wrathH2534 will gushH5413 outH5413 on you when you enterH935 EgyptH4714. And you will becomeH1961 a 6curseH423, an objectH8047 ofH8047 horrorH8047, 7an imprecationH7045, and a disgraceH2781; and 8you will not seeH7200 thisH2088 placeH4725 againH5750.”
