1The pronouncementמַשָּׂ֥אma.Sa'H4853of the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068concerningעַל־'al-H5921Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478:The Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068whostretchesנֹטֶ֤הno.TehH5186outH5186the heavensשָׁמַ֙יִם֙sha.Ma.yimH8064,laysH3245the foundationH3245of the earthאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776, andformsוְיֹצֵ֥רve.yo.TzerH3335the spiritרֽוּחַ־Ru.ach-H7307of a personאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120withinבְּקִרְבּֽוֹ׃ פbe.kir.BoH7130him, declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002:
2“Beholdהִנֵּ֣הhi.NehH2009,I am going to makeשָׂ֣םsamH7760Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֧םye.ru.sha.LimH3389acupסַף־saf-H5592that causes staggeringרַ֛עַלRa.'alH7478to allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the peoplesהָעַמִּ֖יםha.'a.MimH5971aroundסָבִ֑יבsa.VivH5439;and when the siegeבַמָּצ֖וֹרva.ma.TzorH4692is againstעַל־'al-H5921Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389,it will alsoוְגַ֧םve.GamH1571be againstעַל־'al-H5921Judahיְהוּדָ֛הye.hu.DahH3063.
3It will comeH1961aboutH1961on that dayבַיּוֹם־vai.yom-H3117that I will makeאָשִׂ֨ים'a.SimH7760Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֜םye.ru.sha.LimH3389a heavyמַֽעֲמָסָה֙ma.'a.ma.SahH4614stoneאֶ֤בֶן'E.venH68for allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the peoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971;allכָּל־kol-H3605who liftעֹמְסֶ֖יהָ'o.me.Sei.haH6006it willinjureשָׂר֣וֹטsa.RotH8295themselves severelyיִשָּׂרֵ֑טוּyi.sa.Re.tuH8295.And allכֹּ֖לkolH3605thenationsגּוֹיֵ֥יgo.YeiH1471of the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776will be gatheredוְנֶאֶסְפ֣וּve.ne.'es.FuH622againstעָלֶ֔יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921it.
4On that dayבַּיּ֨וֹםbai.YomH3117,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, “I will strikeאַכֶּ֤ה'a.KehH5221everyכָל־khol-H3605horseסוּס֙susH5483with confusionבַּתִּמָּה֔וֹןba.ti.ma.HonH8541and its riderוְרֹכְב֖וֹve.ro.khe.VoH7392with insanityבַּשִּׁגָּע֑וֹןba.shi.ga.'onH7697. But I willwatchאֶפְקַ֣ח עֵינַ֔י'ef.Kach 'ei.NaiH6491H5869overוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921the houseבֵּ֤יתbeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063,while I strikeאַכֶּ֖ה'a.KehH5221everyוְכֹל֙ve.KholH3605horseס֣וּסsusH5483of the peoplesהָֽעַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971with blindnessבַּֽעִוָּרֽוֹן׃Ba.'i.va.RonH5788.
5Then theclansH505of Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063will sayוְאָֽמְר֛וּve.'a.me.RuH559in their heartsבְּלִבָּ֑םbe.li.BamH3820, ‘The inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֣יyo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389are astrongH556supportH556for us through the Lordבַּיהוָ֥הba.Yah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,their Godאֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.HemH430.’
6“On that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117I will makeאָשִׂים֩'a.SimH7760theclansH505of Judahיְהוּדָ֜הye.hu.DahH3063like afirepotכְּֽכִיּ֧וֹר אֵ֣שׁke.khi.Yor 'eshH784H3595among pieces of woodבְּעֵצִ֗יםbe.'e.TzimH6086and a flamingאֵשׁ֙'eshH784torchוּכְלַפִּ֥ידu.khe.la.PidH3940among sheavesבְּעָמִ֔ירbe.'a.MirH5995,so they will consumeוְאָ֨כְל֜וּve.'A.khe.LuH398on the rightיָמִ֧יןya.MinH3225and on the leftשְׂמֹ֛אולse.MolH8040allכָּל־kol-H3605the surroundingסָבִ֑יבsa.VivH5439peoplesהָעַמִּ֖יםha.'a.MimH5971, while theinhabitants of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֥םye.ru.sha.LimH3389againע֛וֹדodH5750liveוְיָשְׁבָ֨הve.ya.she.VahH3427onH8478their own sitesH8478in Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ פbi.ru.sha.LimH3389.
