4Then He broughtוַיְבִיאֵ֜נִיvay.vi.'E.niH935me by wayדֶּֽרֶךְ־de.rekh-H1870of thenorthהַצָּפוֹן֮ha.tza.fOnH6828gateשַׁ֣עַרSha.'arH8179to the frontפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440of the houseהַבַּיִת֒ha.ba.YitH1004;and I lookedוָאֵ֕רֶאva.'E.re'H7200,and beholdוְהִנֵּ֛הve.hi.NehH2009, thegloryכְבוֹד־khe.Vod-H3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068filledמָלֵ֥אma.Le'H4390the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, and Ifellוָאֶפֹּ֖לva.'e.PolH5307on my faceפָּנָֽי׃pa.NaiH6440.

5The Lordיְהֹוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֡ם'a.DamH120,markשִׂ֣יםsimH7760wellלִבְּךָ֩li.be.KhaH3820,seeוּרְאֵ֨הu.re.'EhH7200with your eyesבְעֵינֶ֜יךָve.'ei.Nei.khaH5869and hearשְּׁמָ֗עshe.Ma'H8085with your earsוּבְאָזְנֶ֣יךָu.ve.'a.ze.Nei.khaH241allכָּל־kol-H3605that I sayמְדַבֵּ֣רme.da.BerH1696to you concerning allלְכָל־le.kholH3605thestatutesחֻקּ֥וֹתchu.KotH2708of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068and concerning allוּלְכָל־u.le.khol-H3605its lawsתּֽוֹרֹתָ֑יוto.ro.tovH8451; andmarkוְשַׂמְתָּ֤ve.sam.TaH7760wellלִבְּךָ֙li.be.KhaH3820the entranceלִמְב֣וֹאlim.Vo'H3996of the houseהַבַּ֔יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,with allבְּכֹ֖לbe.KholH3605exitsמוֹצָאֵ֥יmo.tza.'EiH4161of the sanctuaryהַמִּקְדָּֽשׁ׃ha.mik.DashH4720.

6You shall sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֤ve.'a.mar.TaH559to therebelliousH4805onesH4805,to the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, ‘Thusכֹּ֥הkohH3541saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068, “Enoughרַב־rav-H7227of allמִֽכָּל־mi.kolH3605your abominationsתּוֹעֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖םto.'a.vo.tei.KhemH8441,O houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478,

7when you broughtבַּהֲבִיאֲכֶ֣םba.ha.vi.'a.KhemH935inforeignersבְּנֵֽי־ נֵכָ֗רbe.nei- ne.KharH1121 H5236,uncircumcisedעַרְלֵי־'ar.lei-H6189in heartלֵב֙levH3820and uncircumcisedוְעַרְלֵ֣יve.'ar.LeiH6189in fleshבָשָׂ֔רva.SarH1320,to be in My sanctuaryבְּמִקְדָּשִׁ֖יbe.mik.da.ShiH4720to profaneלְחַלְּל֣וֹle.cha.le.LoH2490it, evenMy houseבֵּיתִ֑יbei.TiH1004, when youofferedבְּהַקְרִֽיבְכֶ֤םbe.hak.ri.ve.KhemH7126My foodלַחְמִי֙lach.MiH3899,the fatחֵ֣לֶבChe.levH2459and the bloodוָדָ֔םva.DamH1818; for theymadeH6565My covenantבְּרִיתִ֔יbe.ri.TiH1285voidH6565--thisin additionאֶ֖ל'elH413to allכָּל־kol-H3605your abominationsתּוֹעֲבוֹתֵיכֶֽם׃to.'a.vo.tei.KhemH8441.

8And you have notkeptשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖םshe.mar.TemH8104chargeמִשְׁמֶ֣רֶתmish.Me.retH4931of My holyקָדָשָׁ֑יka.da.ShaiH6944thingsH6944yourselves, but you have setוַתְּשִׂימ֗וּןva.te.si.MunH7760foreignersto keepלְשֹׁמְרֵ֧יle.sho.me.ReiH8104chargeמִשְׁמַרְתִּ֛יmish.mar.TiH4931of My sanctuaryבְּמִקְדָּשִׁ֖יbe.mik.da.ShiH4720.”

9‘Thusכֹּה־koh-H3541saysאָמַר֮'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “Noכָּל־ לֹ֥אkol- lo'H3605 H3808foreignerבֶּן־ נֵכָ֗רben- ne.KharH1121 H5236uncircumcisedעֶ֤רֶל'E.relH6189in heartלֵב֙levH3820and uncircumcisedוְעֶ֣רֶלve.'E.relH6189in fleshבָּשָׂ֔רba.SarH1320,of allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the foreignersבֶּן־ נֵכָ֔רben- ne.KharH1121 H5236whoאֲשֶׁ֕ר'a.SherH834are amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478,shall enterיָב֖וֹאya.Vo'H935My sanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁ֑יmik.da.ShiH4720.

10But the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֗םhal.vi.YimH3881whoאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834wentH7368farH7368from Me when Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478wentH8582astrayבִּתְע֤וֹתbit.'otH8582,whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834wentH8582astrayתָּע֣וּta.'UH8582from Me afterאַחֲרֵ֖י'a.cha.ReiH310their idolsגִּלּֽוּלֵיהֶ֑םgi.lu.lei.HemH1544, shallbearוְנָשְׂא֖וּve.na.se.'UH5375the punishmentH5771for their iniquityעֲוֹנָֽם׃'a.vo.NamH5771.

11Yet they shall beministersמְשָׁ֣רְתִ֔יםme.Sha.re.TimH8334in My sanctuaryבְמִקְדָּשִׁי֙ve.mik.da.ShiH4720, havingoversightפְּקֻדּוֹת֙pe.ku.dOtH6486at the gatesשַׁעֲרֵ֣יsha.'a.ReiH8179of the houseהַבַּ֔יִתha.Ba.yitH1004andministeringוּֽמְשָׁרְתִ֖יםu.me.sha.re.TimH8334in the houseהַבָּ֑יִתha.Ba.yitH1004; they shallslaughterיִשְׁחֲט֨וּyish.cha.TuH7819the burntהָעֹלָ֤הha.'o.LahH5930offeringH5930and the sacrificeהַזֶּ֙בַח֙ha.Ze.vachH2077for the peopleלָעָ֔םla.'AmH5971, and they shallstandיַעַמְד֥וּya.'am.DuH5975beforeלִפְנֵיהֶ֖םlif.nei.HemH6440them to ministerלְשָֽׁרְתָֽם׃le.Sha.re.TamH8334to them.

12Becauseיַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֨רYa.'an 'a.SherH3282 H834they ministeredיְשָׁרְת֤וּye.sha.re.TuH8334to thembeforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440their idolsגִלּֽוּלֵיהֶ֔םgi.lu.lei.HemH1544and becameוְהָי֥וּve.ha.YuH1961astumblingH4383blockלְמִכְשׁ֣וֹלle.mikh.SholH4383of iniquityעָוֹ֑ן'a.VonH5771to the houseלְבֵֽית־le.veit-H1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,thereforeעַל־ כֵּן֩'al- kenH5921 H3651I haveswornנָשָׂ֨אתִי יָדִ֜יna.Sa.ti ya.DiH5375 H3027againstעֲלֵיהֶ֗ם'a.lei.HemH5921them,” declaresנְאֻם֙ne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “that they shallbearוְנָשְׂא֖וּve.na.se.'UH5375the punishmentH5771fortheir iniquityעֲוֹנָֽם׃'a.vo.NamH5771.

13And they shallnot comeH5066nearH5066to Me to serveלְכַהֵ֣ןle.kha.HenH3547as a priestH3547to Me, norוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808comeH5066nearH5066to anyכָּל־kol-H3605of My holyקָ֣דָשַׁ֔יka.da.ShaiH6944thingsקָדְשֵׁ֖יka.de.SheiH6944,to the thingsH6944that are mostH6944holyהַקְּדָשִׁ֑יםha.ke.da.ShimH6944; but they willbearוְנָֽשְׂאוּ֙ve.na.se.'UH5375their shameכְּלִמָּתָ֔םke.li.ma.TamH3639and their abominationsוְתוֹעֲבוֹתָ֖םve.to.'a.vo.TamH8441whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834they have committedעָשֽׂוּ׃'a.SuH6213.

14Yet I willappointוְנָתַתִּ֣יve.na.ta.TiH5414them tokeepשֹׁמְרֵ֖יsho.me.ReiH8104chargeמִשְׁמֶ֣רֶתmish.Me.retH4931of the houseהַבָּ֑יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,of allלְכֹל֙le.KholH3605its serviceעֲבֹ֣דָת֔וֹa.Vo.da.ToH5656and of allוּלְכֹ֛לu.le.KholH3605that shall be doneיֵעָשֶׂ֖הye.'a.SehH6213in it.
