1Now the Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872, “Oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259moreע֣וֹדodH5750plagueנֶ֤גַעNe.ga'H5061I will bringאָבִ֤יא'a.Vi'H935on Pharaohפַּרְעֹה֙par.'OhH6547and on Egyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714;afterאַֽחֲרֵי־'a.cha.rei-H310that he will letH7971you goיְשַׁלַּ֥חye.sha.LachH7971from hereמִזֶּ֑הmi.ZehH2088.When he letsH7971you goכְּשַׁ֨לְּח֔וֹke.Sha.le.ChoH7971,he will surelyגָּרֵ֛שׁga.ReshH1644driveיְגָרֵ֥שׁye.ga.ReshH1644you out from hereמִזֶּֽה׃mi.ZehH2088completelyכָּלָ֕הka.LahH3617.

2Speakדַּבֶּר־da.ber-H1696nowנָ֖אna'H4994in thehearingבְּאָזְנֵ֣יbe.'a.ze.NeiH241of the peopleהָעָ֑םha.'AmH5971thateachH376manH376askוְיִשְׁאֲל֞וּve.yish.'a.LuH7592from his neighborרֵעֵ֗הוּre.'E.huH7453and eachH802womanH802from her neighborרְעוּתָ֔הּre.'u.TahH7468for articlesכְּלֵי־ke.lei-H3627of silverכֶ֖סֶףKhe.sefH3701and articlesוּכְלֵ֥יu.khe.LeiH3627of goldזָהָֽב׃za.HavH2091.”

3The Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068gaveוַיִּתֵּ֧ןvai.yi.TenH5414the peopleהָעָ֖םha.'AmH5971favorחֵ֥ןchenH2580in the sightבְּעֵינֵ֣יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of the EgyptiansH4714.Furthermoreגַּ֣ם׀gamH1571,the manהָאִ֣ישׁha.'IshH376Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872himself wasgreatlyמְאֹד֙me.'OdH3966esteemed in the landבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, bothin the sightבְּעֵינֵ֥יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of Pharaoh’sפַרְעֹ֖הfar.'OhH6547servantsעַבְדֵֽי־'av.dei-H5650and in the sightוּבְעֵינֵ֥יu.ve.'ei.NeiH5869of the peopleהָעָֽם׃ סha.'AmH5971.

4Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Thusכֹּ֖הkohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, ‘Aboutmidnightכַּחֲצֹ֣ת הַלַּ֔יְלָהka.cha.Tzot ha.Lay.lahH2676 H3915I am goingיוֹצֵ֖אyo.Tze'H3318out into the midstבְּת֥וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of Egyptמִצְרָֽיִם׃mitz.Ra.yimH4714,

5andallכָּל־kol-H3605the firstbornבְּכוֹר֮be.khOrH1060in the landבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַיִם֒mitz.ra.YimH4714shall dieוּמֵ֣תu.MetH4191,from the firstbornמִבְּכ֤וֹרmi.be.KhorH1060of the Pharaohפַּרְעֹה֙par.'OhH6547who sitsהַיֹּשֵׁ֣בhai.yo.ShevH3427on his throneכִּסְא֔וֹkis.'OH3678,evenעַ֚ד'adH5704to the firstbornבְּכ֣וֹרbe.KhorH1060of the slaveH8198girlH8198whoאֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834is behindאַחַ֣ר'a.CharH310the millstonesהָרֵחָ֑יִםha.re.Cha.yimH7347;allוְכֹ֖לve.KholH3605the firstbornבְּכ֥וֹרbe.KhorH1060of the cattleבְּהֵמָֽה׃be.he.MahH929as well.

6Moreover, there shall bea greatגְדֹלָ֖הge.do.LahH1419cryצְעָקָ֥הtze.'a.KahH6818in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,suchאֲשֶׁ֤ר כָּמֹ֙הוּ֙'a.Sher ka.Mo.huH834 H3644as there has not beenH1961beforeand suchוְכָמֹ֖הוּve.kha.Mo.huH3644as shall neverH3808be againתֹסִֽף׃to.SifH3254.

7But against anyוּלְכֹ֣ל׀u.le.KholH3605of the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478a dogכֶּ֙לֶב֙ke.levH3611will not evenbarkיֶֽחֱרַץ־ לְשֹׁנ֔וֹye.che.ratz- le.sho.NoH2782 H3956,whetherH4480against manלְמֵאִ֖ישׁle.me.'IshH376orוְעַד־ve.'ad-H5704beastבְּהֵמָ֑הbe.he.MahH929, that you mayunderstandתֵּֽדְע֔וּןte.de.'UnH3045howאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068makesH6395a distinctionH6395betweenH996Egyptמִצְרַ֖יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714and Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.’

8Allכָל־khol-H3605theseאֵ֨לֶּה'E.lehH428your servantsעֲבָדֶיךָ֩'a.va.dei.KhaH5650will comeוְיָרְד֣וּve.ya.re.DuH3381downH3381to me and bowוְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲוּוּ־ve.hish.ta.cha.vu-H7812themselvesbefore me, sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, ‘Goצֵ֤אtze'H3318out, you and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the peopleהָעָ֣םha.'AmH5971whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834followבְּרַגְלֶ֔יךָbe.rag.Lei.khaH7272you,’ and afterוְאַחֲרֵי־ve.'a.cha.rei-H310that I will goאֵצֵ֑א'e.Tze'H3318out.”And he wentוַיֵּצֵ֥אvai.ye.Tze'H3318out from Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֖הpar.'OhH6547in hotבָּחֳרִי־bo.cho.ri-H2750angerאָֽף׃ ס'AfH639.

9Then the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872, “Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֑הpar.'OhH6547will not listenיִשְׁמַ֥עyish.Ma'H8085to you, soלְמַ֛עַןle.Ma.'anH4616that My wondersמוֹפְתַ֖יmof.TaiH4159will be multipliedרְב֥וֹתre.VotH7235in the landבְּאֶ֥רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרָֽיִם׃mitz.Ra.yimH4714.”
